So the final Mods have been selected. Now I will put this up for all of the mods to read.

Job Explanations
Run at least one contest
You can run an avi contest, Fanart contest, just any contest that's acceptable. If you think it might not be, just PM me and I'll let you know. You need to run at least ONE contest. You can run more if you want.
Keep Guild In Order
This means making sure there aren't any really rude comments. We want to make this a postive guild to attract members as well.
Try To Get More Members
Just put a link in your sig or a banner if you want to. Just try to sponsor us to other people who are FMA fans. This will help get our guild up and running.
Accept Requests
Just make sure that all requests have been accepted so we don't get a huge build up.
Member Bannings
When we have enough people we will be banning members whom aren't posting enough. I'll let you all know when we need to do bannings.

Here's the process. Look through the member list for members with low post counts that haven't joined recently and/or have no excuses. You'll PM those inactive members with the following message:
You are a member of The Guild of Equivilant Exchange. You are an inactive member at the time. PM someone on the guild crew back with the reason as to why you should or should not be banned from the guild.
After about two days see if they PMed you back. If they didn't PM them this message:
You have not responded to the previous PM sent to you. You are no longer a member of The Guild of Equivilant Exchange.
Then ban them. We do this process about every month. I'll tell you when to do it here. Watch the update date. ^^ ‘Kay? If you have any questions just ask me.
