Welcome to RP refuge! In this sub-forum, users can use their imaginations to dream up role-plays. Role-plays in this forum range from fun and laid-back, to serious and long running. There is a wide variety of RPs a person can attend! But you must remember every Role playing thread has their own rules to abide by. The role-playing thread also has to abide by the rules of GAIA Online.
Rules:
arrow Spamming outside the Spamalot sub-Forum is not allowed. Coming into someone's RP to bump or spam useless nonsense (jibberish & images not related to RP) is disrespecting their Role-Play and the users. (Solely bumping in RP refuge is considered spam. If you need to bump your roleplay, please roleplay in it. ^_^)
arrow Roleplays that encourage sexually explicit content or place characters in sexually explicit situations are not allowed anywhere on Gaia Online. This not only refers threads that contain cybering, but to slave roleplays as well. Any thread posted in Barton Town or any of its subforum has to follow the PG-13 rule that has been put forth for Gaia Online. Also, you may not encourage others to "take it to PMs" unless you both want to take it to PM but you still have to remember it is still against the TOS and Gaia pg 13 rules.
arrow Being abusive towards another player out or in character with excessively vulgar use of words with intent to harm, insult, or post racial comments towards another user(s) after being asked to stop by the user(s).
arrow Being harassive towards another user(s) out or in character after being asked to stop by the user(s).
arrow Stalking another user(s) or thread(s) after being asked to stop.
arrow No Suicide encouragement.
arrow No Repeatedly spamming a particular thread/forum.
