Here I will give a guide on how to obtain the Ultima Weapon, with 6 attack and 4 magic.

To synthesize the Ultima weapon, you will nead the following items:
*Ultima Recipe (found in room with many pods as Sora)
*Orichalcum+ x 13 (only seven are available in the game)
*Orichalcum x 1
*Mythral Crystal x 1
*Dense Crystal x 1
*Twilight Crystal x 1
*Serenity Crystal x 1
*Energy Crystal x 1

1. Space paranoids: Central Computer Mesa (area after Solar Streaker Simulation, treasure chest)
2. Twilight Town: Sunset Terrace (treasure chest)
3. The World that never Was:The Brink of Despair (treasure chest)
4. 100 Acre Wood: Finish Starry Hill
5. Atlantica: Finish "A New Day is Dawning"
6. Olympic Colliseum: Complete Goddess of Fate Cup
7. Moogle Synthesis: Obtain all material types

How to get Orichalcum (11 available minimum):
1. Moogle Synthesis: obtain 45 material types; Obtain a total of 1000 materials.
2. 100 Acre Wood: The Spooky Cave
3. 100 Acre Wood: Kanga's House
4. The Land of Dragons: Trone Room
5. Port Royal: Ship Graveyard Seadrift Keep
6. Twilight Town: Underground Concourse (Sora)
7. Twilight Town: Mansion Library (Sora)
8. The World that Never Was: Fragment Crossing
9. The World that Never Was: Nothing's Call
10. The World that Never Was: Naught's Skyway
11. The World that Never Was: Ruin and Creation's Passage

actually to get the rcipe it doesnt matter it just has to be the last treasure you find in twilight town doesnt it question confused

Alex the cyborg actually to get the rcipe it doesnt matter it just has to be the last treasure you find in twilight town doesnt it question confused Unfortunately, no. If you don't have the recipe, you can't make the item (it's not available for free development) For example, if you look in the synthesized menu, if you don't have any recipes, you can't make anything (besides free development)
