Yeah this sound's newbish but i got kicked from one cause i did'nt do it right i guess...so anyone wanna explain how these RP's work would be greatly appreciated^_^

its sort of like a story it unfolds in your own sort of way , in other words uyou join an rp and its like.... you post about some kid from a lost country and he makes friends etc you have a lot of different themes so find one you like and join it

yea! It's really easy, here's an example:
Chelly walked over to her mothers desk and picked up a photo she's never seen befor, she was with a man she didn't know, Chelly was surprised...
And so on and so fourth... It's funn!!!!!!!

Correct grammar and punctuation would also help someone in an RP. If no one can read what you are saying then the RP character is useless, right. Literacy is the key.
