At the time I was hacked my avie's clothes disappeared and I was logged out before I could get a scrren shot now i can't access my account so can I fill out a claims report I have people who can prove I lost the items.

First of all have you reported this to Gaia online. And have you gotten any word from them yet?
After being hacked: The Mods retreive your Username. And if this is an mule account please sign into that account. If you haven't made a report please do so now and send us a screen cap. thank you 3nodding
please take time to read Our Rules in Getting help. Also I am just the Vice Captain. I only know what can be done and what Gaia Moderators can do. mrgreen
