Description: A Brazilian mercenary hired under the U.B.C.S., he was a member of the Alpha Squad within the Delta Platoon and was in charge of rear security and weapon maintanance. Prior to his involvement with the unit, he was a member of an Anti-Government guerilla force in an undisclosed region of South America. The fact that Carlos is the only survivor of his unit shows that he is extremely resiliant and has great survival instinct, proving to be one of the best despite his young age.

Not much is known about Ada Wong's past or motives. What it is known is that Ada is a corporate spy working for an unnamed competitor of Umbrella, often referred as "The Organization" or "The Agency", that intends to procure all sorts of biological weapons and specimens. She is also a trained assassin, who is proficient with several types of weapons and fighting techniques. Presumably, Ada joined the Organization for personal reasons outside of her company's interests, though she has yet to reveal what they are.

Description: My name is Nilsson and I am a mercenery that works for the highest bids, but before I became a merc, I was a soldier that had been trained alongside HUNK on Rockfort Island during the year 1996. I am not allowed to tell you the details of how we B.O.Ws were trained, sorry the information is classified. When I first became a mercenery, I completed various jobs that some soldiers would die before they could finish the mission. I had a high survival rate that was equal to HUNK's. Now I am just a merc that works for whoever pays me more, not caring about the dangers that come with the job and always complete the job with success because that is how roll.
