Discription: Perswasive about death, Sly. Can shape shift to human form and many other forms.
Notable abilities: Shapeshifting, immortal, generally altering the perception of victim's surrounding world.
Notable disabilities: People Makeing deals with the devil and the devil stops the reaper.
Dispelling and Disarming: None
