BUNJI!! I would have to say that based soley on the fact that Bunji is my absoloute favorite character in any anime EVOR!!

It would be Brandon, of course. Remember when Brandon first met Bunji? They had to fight because Harry wanted Bunji to work for him and for that to happen, Brandon had to beat Bunji in a fight. and since Bunji is part of Millennion, that means Brandon beat him. Also, when Bunji was given a job to snipe a guy from another building but he couldn't snipe because the guys curtains were closed and when Brandon came in, he was able to shoot the guy through the curtains. So that proves that Brandon is more skilled than Bunji and, with time, they would just improve more and more and they would be more skilled but the outcome would remain the same... Brandon Heat.
