Welcome back everyone and get ready for lesson 2! Metaphysics. I am quite sure the mass majority of you know what metaphysics and psionics are. Which is why I will not go into much detail defining rather than developing these gifts.

Let us begin with the various forms of Metaphysics (or more loosely known as Psychokinetics).

Aerokinesis- The Ability to manipulate the air around you.
Atmokinesis- The Ability to manipulate the weather.
Biokinesis- The Ability to heal and manipulate biologic structures.
Chlorokinesis- The Ability to manipulate plant-life.
Chronokinesis- The Ability to manipulate time
Cryokinesis- The Abilitiy to manipulate ice/cold conditions
Electrokinesis- The Ability to manipulate electricity
Gravitakinesis- The Ability to manipulate gravity.
Geokinesis- The Ability to manipulate the earth.
Hydrokinesis- The Ability to manipulate water.
Magnetokinesis- The Ability to manipulate magnetism.
Photokinesis- The Ability to manipulate light.
Pyrokinesis- The Ability to manipulate fire/heat conditions.
Sonokinesis- The Ability to manipulate sound.

Meditation
Good meditation can often make or break your concentration in doing things such a Psychokinetics and psionics. In this section I will guide you through various meditation techniques that I have used in my developments.

- Go out in nature where you can not be bothered and make a comfortable spot to perch on while you take in earths energy. Sit in a comfortable position in your chosen spot and close your eyes breathing in for four seconds and breathing out for four seconds. Now, imagine your energies swirling around you creating a suction on any energy around it. Imagine that energy being trapped inside your vortex. Now allow that vortex to slowly soak into your body taking the energies it gathered with it. Repeat if needed.

- Lay comfortably on your bed, your palms facing upward and head bent slightly back. Breath evenly and quietly as you visualize a die above your head. First visualize the die with nothing but three's on it watch it rotate until it slowly fades to two's then to one's. When the die finally has zero numbers on it throw yourself into a deep trance. This should prepare you for basically anything you wish to do.

- Use standard meditation.

Practice Makes Perfect
Everything takes practice to accomplish even dealing with Psychokinetics and Psionics. Through Private Lessons on the message system I could aid you in your practice more thouroughly.

Practicing
Mindset is everything. Will what you are trying to do to happen.

The Psi-Ball
This technique is used by many to accomplish moving or manipulating something with their energy and mind. To do this focus your energy into a ball around the object and make sure the object is under your energies control. Once you have done so begin willing you energy into different forms or moving it. You may encounter issues as you do this but as I said, practice makes perfect.

The Push-Pull
This technique is used mostly with warlocks such as myself. Thought a slightly advanced technique it is still possible for beginners to try. Get in a strong stance and gather all your energies behind you. With force shift in your stance and push your energies (be it with your hand or mind) toward your object. If done properly the object should move or fly backwards even. A more advanced version of the push is simply gather your energies and forcefully push them without moving. Pulling an object proves to be more complex than pushing. Again get in your stance and gather your energies behind you. When ready psuh your energies outward and manipulate them into a curve. Guide your energies behind your object and then call your energies back. If done correctly your object should move forward with your energy.

Materialization of Elements (Advanced)
For those of you who can already manipulate Brava! Now we move on to a more advanced technique called Materialization of Elements. Lets say you wanted to materialize fire and bend it to your liking (be it burn something or otherwise) and you have no fire around to manipulate already. Gather a small portion of energy in your palm and make the moving particles inside of it accelerate and become heated. As this happens you should feel a rush of warmth flow throughout your body then back to your palm. Once this happen will your energy to ignite into a flame. For those of you wanting ice or cold conditions do that same but make the particles move slower. To materialize water is something more..difficult. gather your energies as said previously but allow the particles to stop moving completely so you would get a complete icy feeling. Now take half of the particles and make them move at immense speeds to warm up half of the energy as opposed to the cold half. This should begin to create a moisture in your palm which you can manipulate from there.

Changing Biotic Structure (Metamorphosis- Advanced)
This deals with mostly those who wish to control the earth and plants. Earth has an immense energy which can be dangerous to weild yet when using only a portion of that energy you can literally move mountains. Make a connection between your energy and earths energy (or maybe even a plant.) and manipulate the energy you linked to. For those who are advanced you should already know the basis of doing so.

That covers basic manipulation and my Metaphysics Lesson. As Stated only discretely Yes you must know how to manipulate Fire and Ice before attempting Hydrokinesis. The reason is that when hot and cold temperatures intervene they form a dewlike substance (psionically speaking of course)

I'll practice that though...maybe another dam in my mind will break and I'll suddenly be sending people flying...it happened with Empathy and telepathy...I could suddenly read people's emotions like a book...and their thoughts a bit too...
