ok for the arm bands i recommend just either hot glue them in place or velcro or even just tape them. and the featherish things i would say just normal fabric and get some pipe cleaners that match in color, or just some plain wiring, and uses them to frame them to give them the shape.you could probley glue the pipe cleaners to the underside and if you use plain wire i would try actually sticking them threwbut i think the pipe cleaner would be easier.and if you don't feel like ruining a black shirt...well your not really going to have a choice on that. it has to be attached to the shirt in someway. and the glasses i recommed hittting the "everything for a dollar" store and liqadtion world. they should have the right frame.
