Ok, so as I said in my introduction, I love to write fanfics and stories. But a good chunk of my newer (and better) works are yaoi 'smut' and seeing as how that is not allowed here, I cannot post them here. But if you are interested in them, just check out my DA, Y!Gal or Fanfiction accounts. Kitsuna-Ri or KitsunaRi for all of them. Anyway I'll post my...safer ones. Here's the first one:

This was written for the Akuroku club on DA. It was for the 100 prompt challenge, this prompt being 'Dreams' Tis a one shot. There will be no more. Although another version may becoming out because people are asking for smex ''>> but yeah. Enjoy ^^

Haunting Dreamer
By Kitsuna Ri

Roxas slumped onto the ground in the usual spot. He looked like s**t. And that was putting it lightly. He yawned tiredly as Hayner looked down at him. “Woah, Roxas, what’s the problem?” Roxas looked up at him irritably. “I haven’t slept in three days now.” Olette came over to him. “Why not Roxas? Are you becoming ill?” She placed a gentle hand on his forehead but he batted her away. “No, I just keep having some really messed up dreams.” Hayner shrugged. “Well that sucks. What’re they about?” What looked like a faint blush crossed over Roxas’ cheeks but he shook it off. “It’s just…they’re about this guy. With really red hair and piercing green eyes…He keeps telling me to come back to him! It’s ******** up!” Hayner snorted. “Didn’t know you were a queer dude.” Roxas shot him a dark glare. “Don’t make me kick your a** Hayner.” He leaned back, sighing, “But then the rest just is weird flashes. People in black jackets, some weird blades and then he errr…” This time the blush was most definitely noticeable. “Just forget it. I shouldn’t have said anything…” Everyone shrugged, knowing it’d be a bad idea to push the issue any further. A tired Roxas was dangerous.

But, even though his friends let it drop, Roxas could not stop thinking about those damn dreams! They just kept replaying in his head. The red head’s face plaguing his every thought. It was driving him mad. As he laid down in his bed that night, he came to the conclusion that he just wouldn’t go to sleep. He couldn’t keep waking up with the ‘problem’ caused by what the red head did to him. Then a memory (was it from the dream?) flashed into his mind.

“Roxas, c’mon! Xemnas doesn’t need us to just hang around here. Let’s go back to my room, ne?” Roxas looked up at his red head companion and raised a brow. “Axel, no. You know damn well that Xemnas wants us to be working on this thing. So no skipping out!” Axel pouted and wrapped an arm around Roxas’ waist. “C’mon Rox! It’ll be fun!” He smirked wickedly as he pulled Roxas up against him, running his hands down Roxas’ sides. Roxas shivered and tried to pull away. “Axel! No! Stop it…no…nnng. Damnit.” Axel smiled in victory as he picked up the blonde and took him to his room. “Axel you really are evil.” Axel grinned. “Which is why we’re villains! Now…” he dropped Roxas onto his bed and crawled on top of him. “Let me show you how ‘good’ I can be.” Axel leaned down, pressing his lips against Roxas’.

Roxas bolted up. How had he let himself fall asleep like that? He groaned and fell back onto his pillow. “Who the hell is this ‘Axel’? Why do I keep dreaming about that weird crap?” There was a rustling coming from the other side of his room and he sat up again. “What the..?” He reached for his lamp when he heard someone speak his name. “Roxas…” Roxas jumped up and looked around. “Who said that? Where are you? How did you get in here?” There was a deep chuckle and soon he could feel someone leaning over his bed. “I’m hurt you can’t recognize my voice Roxas.” Roxas froze because he did in fact recognize that voice. He knew it was him, from his dream. “…Axel?” There was a slight gasp of surprise. “You do remember? I’m impressed!” “All I remember is that you’re the jerk who has been in my dreams doing weird things to me! And I want you to stop it you freak!” Before Roxas could say any more, he was pushed down onto the bed, Axel growling slightly. “How could you forget this, Roxas?” Axel nipped at his ear and kissed down Roxas’ jaw. Roxas’ eyes widened in shock and surprise as Axel touched him sensually and kissed him. He was frozen in place, unable to push Axel off. “Remember this Roxas…please.” Axel’s voice held a pleading tone as he continued on. Roxas gave a soft moan, “A-Axel…” Axel looked up at him, a small smile gracing his lips. “So you are remembering…I’m glad.” He pulled back, but leaned down once more to kiss Roxas gently. “Try not to forget in the morning, these are more than dreams…” He suddenly started to fade. Roxas’ eyes widened and he reached out. “W-Wait…no.” Axel just smiled and soon disappeared.

For the second time that night, Roxas abruptly sat up. He was panting lightly and he could tell that he had a nice problem down below. He groaned and fell back on his pillow. “Damnit…what the hell is wrong with me?” He closed his eyes, but Axel’s face was there again. He brought his fingers to his lips, he could feel them still burn with pleasure. “Axel…” he whispered gently and began to drift off again. But this time, Axel didn’t appear in his dream.

At school the next day, it wasn’t really necessary to inform Roxas that he looked like s**t. Yet Hayner insisted on doing so anyway. But Roxas ignored him, still puzzled about what all had happened last night. That couldn’t have been a dream, right? Axel felt so real, his body still burned and almost ached for the redhead’s touch. He shook his head, trying to ignore it. This isn’t right, he thought to himself, Yet, why does my body tell me it is? He groaned. This was really annoying. Axel was only part of a dream. A really, really weird dream, but a dream nonetheless. He sighed and ran a hand through his hair. I’ve just gotta forget about all this. I’ll ignore the fact that I actually did enjoy some of the things he did and the fact that his lips felt so soft, and his hands so gentle and the fact that-gah! Stop it! It was a dream! Nothing more! He nodded to himself and looked up at his friends who were all staring at him oddly. “…What?” “Dude, you make really weird faces when you’re thinking…” He glared at Hayner. “Shut up.”

The rest of the day went on uneventful, except for the constant images and memories of the night before flashing through Roxas’ head, but other than that it was all fairly normal. He almost (keyword almost) regretted the fact that school was over, simply because it meant that night time was closer. And he knew that he wouldn’t be able to stay up tonight. He sat at his desk, tapping his pencil irritably, his thoughts racing. Ok, ok. Maybe if I drink coffee or something I can keep myself awake. But…I hate coffee. Maybe soda…but I could easily crash from too much of a caffeine high. Ahhh s**t. Maybe tonight it won’t happen again. Maybe I won’t have to deal with Axel again. He paused at this thought, and twitched as he swore he had the thought, But maybe you really want to see Axel tonight, crossed his mind. “Ugh! No I don’t! This is getting ridiculous! He’s just some weird freak that keeps appearing in my dreams! It’s messed up!” “Oh ouch Roxy, I’m hurt.” Roxas froze and slowly turned around to face the redhead he had just been yelling about. “A-Axel…”

Everything that happened after that was a bit of a blur. But Roxas now found himself, once again, underneath Axe, moaning softly. Woah woah woah! How the hell did this happen?! And where is my shirt? I-Is that his hand going in my pa-ooohh…that…that actually feels good… Axel smirked as he watched Roxas mewl beneath him. He leaned down towards his ear and whispered, “This is more than a dream this time Roxas…” “W-Wha?” Axel nipped at his ear, causing the blonde to shiver with pleasure. “I’m no longer just your haunting dreamer…” “Axel…” Roxas gasped as Axel grinded against him. “I’m going to make you remember Roxas…You’ll remember that you belong to me…” He pinned Roxas’ hands above him, and leaned down towards his neck, biting him and sucking at the skin, leaving a redish purple mark. “You are mine,” He whispered again. “A-Axel…” Axel smirked again, “Roxas, you’re the only one who has made me feel as though I have a heart.” Roxas looked up at him in confusion. “W-What are you-” Axel cut him off with his lips. “If you don’t remember me after tonight, I don’t know what I’ll do Roxas…”

((I’m gonna be good and not do a lemon scene so the club won’t get in trouble ^^))

Roxas shivered, wondering where the warmth that had once been there had gone. He opened his eyes to find himself alone in bed. Oh yeah, and very naked. He wrapped the blankets around him tightly and looked around. “That really happened…but where…where is he?” “If you don’t remember me after tonight, I don’t know what I’ll do Roxas… Roxas frowned. “What was he talking about? Remember what about him?” He sighed and stood up, wincing a bit. “Ugh never mind…I’m sure he’ll tell me tomorrow night.”

Axel watched him sadly from a dark corner of the room, keeping his presence a secret. I’m sorry Roxas, but last night was the last time…the next time we meet you’ll have to make a choice to either be with me…or against me. He clenched his fists, If only you would remember… and then he disappeared. Later that night, Roxas went to sleep, awaiting Axel to show up either in his room or in his dreams. He was determined to find out what was going on…and why he had actually let Axel do all that to him. But that didn’t happen. Roxas awoke the next morning, having not seen Axel at all. He felt a slight pain in his chest. “b*****d…” he shook his head, trying to keep from getting upset. “None of it was real. It was all just some stupid dream…” But why does it hurt so much to believe that? Damn you Axel... He felt a warm tear slip down his cheek, he wiped it away angrily. Damn you! He laid back down on his bed, covering his face with the pillow, wishing that he could go back to sleep, and see Axel one last time. Even if it was a dream.

Don't like Elricest, don't read. I don't take well to flames. Written for a contest and as a birthday gift to my gf.

Add a Teaspoon of distraction

Ed yawned as he carefully got out of the bed. It creaked as he got off and he looked over to make sure he hadn’t awakened his brother. Al made a small noise and just moved deeper into the blankets. Ed gave a small sigh in relief and walked out of the room. He headed towards the kitchen and ran his hand through his hair, pulling it up into a somewhat high ponytail. He walked in to the kitchen and started to pull out mixing bowls, spoons and a giant cook book out of their places then opened up the book.

“Cakes…cakes…ah! Perfect!” Ed looked over the list of ingredients and grabbed them from their various places. Today he would attempt to make his younger brother a birthday cake. He had even woken up early in hopes of making it a surprise for when Al awoke, but he wasn’t too sure if he’d actually be able to make it too well. Ed wasn’t all too skilled in baking. He pulled out an apron and grumbled when he only found one that was not just pink, but frilly. “This has gotta be some kind of joke…I’m not gonna wear this.” He looked down and realize he wasn’t really wearing much of anything else.

After a mental battle, Ed was clad in the apron and had begun mixing things. Everything was a mess. He had flour in his hair, batter on his hands and in other various places. But he refused to give up or to stop. In the bedroom, Al had awoken to the loud clanging of pots and pans. He noticed the empty space in the bed and sat up. Pulling on some clothes, he then walked into the kitchen to find quite a site. He leaned against the doorframe for a moment and watched his brother in amusement. Ed was no attempting to use the whisk and was making another huge mess. Al went up behind him and licked the chocolate batter that was on his face. “Mmm tasty.”

Ed nearly jumped a mile high from surprise. “A-Al! What’re you doing up?” “It’s nearly 11 nii-san, I should be asking you why you’re up before noon. And what’re you trying to make?” Al brought his hands around Ed’s waist and started placing kisses down his neck. Ed shivered but tried to keep his concentration on the baking. “It’s your birthday so I was hoping to make you a cake.” “You know I don’t need a cake…” “But still!”

Al moved his hands lower. He rested one hand on Ed’s hip and slipped another one into the apron. Ed let out a sharp gasp of surprise. “You know…this apron looks oddly sexy on you.” “Al…” Al just chuckled and bit lightly at Ed’s ear, causing the smaller boy to shiver and melt against him. Ed tried to protest, he really did, but had a feeling this would be a losing battle. “Al…I have to finish baking this!” Al moved his lips down Ed’s neck and shoulders. “You don’t have to. Besides…you taste much better than any cake.” Ed groaned and shivered again as Al continued. The whisk slipped from Ed’s hand as Al moved lower. “Al…” Batter splashed up and hit across Ed’s chest and on his face. Al licked the batter off sensually. “Oh yes, definitely much better than a cake.” He turned Ed towards him and undid the tie in the back of the apron. He kissed Ed deeply and pulled the apron off him. “You make it so much easier since you’re not wearing anything else…” Ed grumbed and blushed which caused Al to smirk and go back to pleasuring his brother.

They had moved towards the table and Ed was pushed up against it while Al continued to kiss him deeply and passionately. Al’s hands wandered across Ed’s body and the smaller boy let out a soft moan. Ed moved his hands onto Al, unbuttoning his shirt and taking it off. Al chuckled and pulled out Ed’s ponytail, causing his golden hair to spill around him onto the table. Al brushed his lips against Ed’s ear and whispered, “Beautiful…” then moved down Ed’s chest. “Ahh…” Ed raised his hips slightly and Al smirked. “And you wanted to finish baking the cake…” Ed groaned. “Shut up.” Al moved his lips down lower as Ed withered with anticipation when there was a loud and sharp knock at the door. The two brothers cursed and Al stood up. “Oh just ignore it Al!” “And risk the chance of them coming inside? What if it’s the Colonel? You know he’ll just barge in.”

Ed sighed. “God, talk about distractions all day. Not one thing can be finished!” Al chuckled and walked towards the door. He probably didn’t look all to presentable seeing how his hair was tousled, he had no shirt and, “Oh my, my pants have somehow been undone.” He smirked and then opened the door. “Yeah? Oh. Hey Winry.” Winry smiled. “Afternoon Al! Can I come in and speak with Ed?” “Err..Nii-san is…indisposed at the moment.” Winry raised an eyebrow and frowned. “Well can you get him to be un indisposed? I need to talk to him about something important.” Al frowned. “Hold on…” He walked away and went back to the kitchen where he found Ed attempting the cake again. Al sighed. “You refuse to give up don’t you?” Ed nodded. “Well sorry to tell you, but another distraction has arrived. Winry wants to talk with you so I suggest you get dressed somewhat.” Ed sighed. “Right right.” He quickly put on some pants and went to the door to talk with Winry.

For the next few minutes all Al could hear was hushed voices and then Ed exclaiming loudly every once in awhile. But he couldn’t quite make out what they were talking about. Ed glared at Winry. “Why did you plan this without consulting me frist?!” “Because I figured you wouldn’t mind! Besides you two need to get out of the house!” Ed shook his head. “No! No we really don’t!” “Ed…” Ed just glared at her standing firm with his answer. Winry gave an exasperated sigh. “Listen Ed! It’s already been planned and people are already waiting! The two of you can just show up and only stay for a short time! That’s all!” Ed muttered but then sighed in defeat. “Fine. We’ll show up. But only for thirty minutes…” Winry narrowed her eyes. “Fine! An hour! But that’s it!”

“Good! But I still don’t see why you just can’t stay out longer!” Ed gave a small smirk. “We have other plans…” With that he told her goodbye and then went back to the kitchen where he found Al pouring the finished mixture into a pan. Ed went over and frowned. “Hey! I was supposed to be making this for you on my own!” Al shrugged and licked his fingers of the excess chocolate. A devious smile played on his lips as Ed watched him hungrily. He finished and then wiped of his hands. “What did Winry want?” Ed sighed, “Wants you to go to a surprise party that she planned for you. Says we needed to get out of the house.” Al chuckled. “Nii-san! You’re not supposed to ruin the surprise by telling me about it!” Ed shrugged uncaringly. “Oh well! Guess it would be pointless to go then!” Al shook his head, laughing lightly. “Nii-san…” He pulled Ed into an embrace and kissed him.

Things escalated from there and by the time for the party to start arrived, the two were entangled within each other on the bed. Al looked towards the clock tiredly and then looked down at Ed. “What time were we supposed to be at the party?” Ed glanced at the clock. “Now.” “Guess we’re gonna be late.” Ed smirked and nuzzled up against Al. “Damn those distractions,” he said sarcastically. Al gave a small laugh. “You’re so dead tomorrow.” “I know. So enjoy me now, ne?” “Gladly.”

Christmas Chaos
Chapter 1- Axel's Idea

The observational report entry #173 of VI: There has been a ban placed on Christmas and the singing of any and all Christmas carols in the castle. I can assure you that I am not to blame for it though. The last time I attempted singing I ended up with an 'X' shaped scar on my face; and people wonder why I hate Xigbar... But, I digress, it all started when Axel came back from Halloween Town, having visited the more wintry side of the world…

The members of the organization were gathered in the usual meeting room, discussing whatever new plan Xemnas had come up with. Xemnas was in the midst of speaking when Axel stumbled out of a dark portal, snow falling off of his hair and shoulders and a goofy grin adorning his face. “Merry Christmas everyone!” The room was silent as everyone just stared at him. What the hell was he going on about now?

Xemnas raised a brow, irritation written clearly on his face. “So nice of you to finally join us number VIII. I’m sure you’ll be giving me a written report fairly-”Axel waved his hands frantically, cutting Xemnas off. “Wait wait! You all didn’t understand what I was saying!” An amused snort came from Xigbar, “Since when do we ever understand anything you say?” Axel shot him a glare, which was brushed off, and then held up a bag he had been carrying. “I learned about something really interesting while I was at that winter place!” This time it was Xemnas’ turn to be amused. “You actually learned something? Do enlighten us with your vast knowledge then…” Axel gave a slight twitched and huffed. “You know what? Fine. I won’t let any of you have presents then!” Demyx’s head shot up. “Presents? You brought us something back then?” Axel threw the sack over his shoulder. “I had but since none of you seem inclined to listen to me…” Xaldin gave an irritated sigh. “Oh just tell us what the ******** it is you have to say and get it over with.” Demyx nodded. “Yeah! And hand out the gifts!”
Axel smirked and wagged his finger. “Nu-uh. You don’t get the presents until tomorrow night on Christmas eve!”

Xemnas rubbed his temples, feeling a migraine coming on, just like it always did whenever Axel acted like this. “What exactly is this ‘Christmas’ number VIII?” Axel’s eyes seemed to shine at this question, which made a few of the members twitch. “Ahh see that’s the fun part! It’s a holiday that is celebrated every year in December! You give gifts, eat lots of food, kiss under some plant and you sing!”

Larxene stood up, and started toward the door. “The thought of celebrating something that will involve Axel singing and trying to kiss us is enough reason for us not to listen anymore. But I’ll let you all enjoy this nonsense.” With that, she left the room and Xemnas watched her enviously. Sure he could just as easily leave, but he knew eventually he’d have to hear all of this anyway. And from past experiences, it was always better to listen to number VIII’s rants the first time then try and escape and be forced to listen a second time. Axel shrugged, unfazed by Larxene’s blatant disinterest, and continued with his story and explanation of Christmas. Demyx seemed to be the only one who was truly interested, or at least the only one to show interest, and continued to question Axel about presents and all the musical aspects of this ‘Christmas’ thing. Xemnas had a very, very bad feeling about this. Yet, unfortunately, he knew there wasn’t a damn thing he could do to stop it.

It was about an hour after the whole meeting incident. Things were quiet. Way too quiet. A feeling of foreboding overcame Xemnas as he realized just how quiet it was. He stood up from his desk and went to the door, his hand twitching above the knob. He knew that he would probably regret opening the door. Because he would see something that he wouldn’t like. And not only would he not like it, it would make him twitch horribly. Just like the last time, when he opened his door and found Demyx and Axel running down the halls, streaking. Yet, his hand rested on the door knob and turned it. He could only pray that Demyx and Axel would be fully clothed.

As the door was pulled open, the site that greeted Xemnas was not of naked org members (Thank Kingdom Hearts for that!), but of an explosion of red and green. Xemnas honestly couldn’t think of a way to react. Axel ran by, holding a bundle of some weird plant, and looked over at Xemnas, grinning. He wore an odd, white and red hat that clashed horribly with his hair and seemed to have a bell around his neck. The urge to just turn back around and pretend nothing was going on came over Xemnas.

“Xemnas! Good timing! Like the decorating Demyx and I have done?” Xemnas looked around, “Not particularly,” he muttered. But Axel of course just ignored him, continuing to ramble. “We haven’t gotten the tree set up yet, but that’s because Xigbar and Xaldin are arguing about how to take it down. Xigbar wants to shoot it of course and Xaldin has his spears ready to chop it down, which is what they should do. But you know how Xigbar always...” Xemnas brought his fingers up to his temples again, wishing there was a way to drown out Axel’s voice and incessant rambling. Why me? He thought to himself. To add to his misery, Demyx came bounding over (And he was jingling! What the hell?), some weird pointy stick like objects resting on his head and wore a collar of bells (Ah so that’s where the annoying mass of jingling came from…) “Xemnas! You wanna hear the really cool carol things Axel taught me?”

Xemnas narrowed his eyes and replied quickly, “No.” A crestfallen look crossed Demyx and he lowered his head pathetically, “Oh, ok.” Xemnas stared at number VIV, the weird things on his head (What the hell are those things?) making him look all the more pathetically wounded. Xemnas gritted his teeth, “Fine. But only one song. Got that? One. ONE.” Demyx’s head shot up, the bells around his neck jingling merrily, and he grinned. “Really? Great! Lemme just go get my sitar and the music sheets.” Xemnas twitch. “Music sheet! One song damnit!” The blonde just continued to run off, each jingle of the bells causing Xemnas internal pain. Axel chuckled and Xemnas looked at him warily. He eyed the plants in Axel’s arms and raised a brow. “What is that?” A sly smirk crossed Axel’s face, “A way for me to get Roxas to finally give in to my kisses!” Xemnas groaned, not really wanting to know how some plants were going to do that. Were they some type of drug?

Note to self: Do not accept any food or drink from Axel.

Axel seemed to hug the plants in his arm as though they were some kind of prize. Xemnas took a step away from him. Poor number XIII, if only he knew what was to be his fate…

Demyx finally ran back over with his sitar and a handful of paper. He shuffled through them, obviously searching for one to sing. “Hey, Demyx, why don’t you sing that one about Santa and the rooftop?” Xemnas glanced at Axel, and saw that he was smirking deviously. Not a good sign. Demyx looked up and then grinned. “Ok!” He set a sheet down and held his sitar up to play. That sense of foreboding came back and Xemnas was regretting ever agreeing to listen.

Music soon filled the air and Demyx’s voice followed after.

Up on the housetop reindeer pause
Out jumps good old Santa Claus
Down through the chimney with lots of toys
All for the little ones, Christmas joys
Ho, ho ho! Who wouldn't go? Ho, ho ho! Who wouldn't go?

Now, normally, Xemnas enjoyed Demyx’s playing. Not that he would ever admit that of course. But this time...this time Xemnas would love nothing more than to shove that sitar somewhere would Demyx could never play it or sing again.

Up on the housetop, click, click, click
Down through the chimney with old Saint Nick

Xemnas twitched, almost violently actually. This song it was so damn…merry! And cheerful! The melody, the lyrics, so disturbing! It made him want to take one of Xaldin’s spears and shove it through his head to make it stop. It was that bad. How could someone come up with something like this? If the writer of this song was still alive Xemnas knew that he would need to send Xigbar on a side mission…

First comes the stocking of little Nell
Oh, dear Santa fill it well

Twitch.

Give her a dolly that laughs and cries
One that will open and shut her eyes

Twitch.

Ho, ho, ho! Who wouldn't go? Ho, ho-

Snap.

“STOP! I DEMAND YOU STOP SINGING NOW!” Xemnas would rather give up Kingdom Hearts than listen to this horror any longer. His body shook and his lasers had been summoned. It was taking all his self control to not destroy Demyx and his sitar. Demyx looked at him in fear and stepped back, hugging his sitar close. “B-But you said-” Xemnas raised one laser, his eyes narrowing dangerously. “Forget what I said! I should relieve you of your vocal chords for singing that monstrosity!”

Axel was covering his mouth, trying so very hard to not laugh. But it was obvious he couldn’t help it. He laughed loudly and Xemnas sent a darker glare towards him. “You…this is all your fault!” Axel’s laughter stopped and his eyes widened with fear. He knew there was only one thing to do.

Run. Run as fast as possible.

And he did just that. He quickly turned and darted down the hall, the bell around his neck jingling wildly and the plants he had been holding flew from his arms. He rounded a corner and slammed into Roxas, sending them both to the ground.

“Damnit Axel, watch where you are going!” The blonde groaned and rubbed his head. Confusion crossed his face as he felt something odd on the top of his head. He picked it off and held it in front of his face. It was some weird green plant. “What the hell is this?” Axel looked up and his face brightened, all fear and worry of Xemnas wanting to do awful things to him disappeared. “That, my dear Roxy, is mistletoe!” Roxas glared at Axel irritably due to the use of that annoying nickname. “And what the hell is it for?” Axel gave a huge grin and Roxas immediately regretted his question. “Allow me to show you…”

Axel moved forward, taking the mistletoe and holding it up above them, while Roxas moved back. He did not like that grin on Axel’s face and he most certainly did not like the fact that the red head kept moving closer. Really. He didn’t. A blush crossed his face, but he tried to keep his voice steady as he spoke. “Axel, what the hell are you-” Roxas was rudely interrupted by Axel’s lips on his. He froze in surprise, unable to bring his hands up to push the pervert away. The kiss was unfortunately brief. No! It wasn’t unfortunate! It was fortunate! Roxas thought to himself. Axel pulled away, grin back on his face. “Pretty great, ne? Anytime you and another person are caught under the mistletoe together you have to kiss! I’m going to put it up all around the place!” Roxas stared at him in horror. “N-No…” Axel just grinned as he stood and Roxas could only watch the evil red head walk away, arms filled with an evil plant, his mind forming an evil plan. He shivered. Somehow he’d have to find a way to stay in his room during this whole Christmas celebration.
Axel moved through the halls of the castle, hanging mistletoe in random places, with a smile on his face. He had finally gotten to kiss Roxas! And he hadn’t been pushed away! Granted, it wasn’t as long or as breath taking has he had wanted it to be, but still! Beggars can’t be choosers! And he was happy just getting to make contact with the blonde boy’s lips!

Roxas on the other hand was not anywhere near as merry as Axel was. He had gone back to his room, brushed his teeth (a lot) and then laid onto his bed. He knew that Axel was always trying to hit on him and saying weird things. But Roxas always blew him off or ignore him because he knew that whatever Axel was ‘feeling’ was false. They had no hearts. They couldn’t feel. That was that. So why couldn’t he push Axel away when they finally kissed?

Because, I was just completely caught off guard, that’s why. That’s all. I didn’t enjoy the fact that it was actually ni-NO! Stop it. This is stupid, and if I’m not careful he’s going to end up doing it again!

He sighed and closed his eyes. They may not be normal beings, but couldn’t this place be a little less crazy? He sighed tiredly and rolled onto his side. He heard a soft melody playing next door. Seems like Demyx has stopped causing chaos with Axel. Xemnas probably made him, Roxas thought to himself. He shifted slightly and listened as Demyx’s voice joined the melody of his sitar.

Last Christmas, I gave you my heart
But the very next day, You gave it away
This year, to save me from tears
I'll give it to someone special

Roxas frowned slightly. Wasn’t this whole Christmas celebration thing supposed to be filled with happiness? From the tone of this song it sounded so sad and melancholy, nothing like what Axel had excitedly rattled on about.

Once bitten and twice shy
I keep my distance but you still catch my eye
Tell me baby do you recognize me?
Well it's been a year, it doesn't surprise me

(Happy Christmas!) I wrapped it up and sent it
With a note saying "I Love You" I meant it
Now I know what a fool I've been
But if you kissed me now I know you'd fool me again

Roxas snorted. Love, pain, betrayal. Is that what one had to go through with a heart? Although love…it’s supposed to be a really wonderful feeling, right? If I had a heart, would I respond to Axel? He rolled back onto his back, arms behind his head and opened his eyes to stare at the ceiling. He responded to Axel. He knew he did, but he would deny it. Because it just wouldn’t make sense. No heart means no feelings. He couldn’t explain why he blushed at the things Axel said to him or why his stomach would feel light and…fluttery when they would brush against each other. And that drove him insane! He grabbed his head and sighed in irritation. He was going to blame all these confusing thoughts on that stupid song Demyx was singing…

A face on a lover with a fire in his heart
(Gave you my heart)

“Sounds like Axel…gah!” He brought his pillow over his head, wanting to drown out the lyrics of this song. Damn Axel for telling them about this holiday and teaching Demyx all those stupid songs. He closed his eyes and tried to make himself fall asleep. He needed to escape this madness. He could only hope that somehow it would be over in the morning. But he had a feeling it wouldn’t.
