Kat walked into her room and set her stuff down. "Hm...this room could use a makeover." She said to herself and began lifting her things out of her bags and placeing them about her room. Within thirty minutes her room looked like a artist's studio with a living area added. "Much better." She said as she pulled out her purple dyed sheets and climbed onto the bed to place them.

Suddenly, trumpet fanfare blared through the door with a girl holding a large array of items. She had about 4 or so bags random stuff, most like clothes and a music stand leaning on Sandi's waist. Aside her was another case: a trombone inside.
"Yeah, apparently there were complaints about the 'orchestra' in my room from the surrounding neighbors, therefore I am here. " she announced. Again, more trumpet fanfare...

Kat's forehead twitched. "I'm Kat. And welcome to... Our room I guess..." She said with a shrug.

With much strength, Sandi threw the bags and case on top of her bed and smiled at it. Rather carefully, she set the music stand at the foot of her bed and sat atop the pile of bags with trumpet in hand.
"I see you've taken the liberty of cheering up the room!"

Kat smiled. Yeah well...It felt bare the other way." She said as she finished placeing the sheets and sat on the bed.

Sandi looked over to the artistic supplies and an grin spread across her face.
"My name is Sandi. I don't know why. I'm your new roomie." Sandi added a sideways peace sign afterwards. Yeah, she was weird.

Kat tilted her head and looked at the girl. "You must be human as well..." She said as she moved her hair to show her half-elf ears.

Sandi let a tiny playful giggle escape from her mouth. She'd seen enough odd things, so this was pretty normal in her book.
"Okay, elfie! It's apparent you like art! Do you think we could totally redo this room? I've got some musical notation stencils in one of these bags."

'I'd prefer you called me Kat. And music notes work for me." She said as she pointed at the flute case laying against the wall.

Sandi squealed with enthusiasm as she looked at the woodwind instrument near the wall. Although, she found most wind instruments obnoxious, it was probably the lack of discipline the old flute line had that spurred her hatrid of woodwinds.
"Great, it'll be just like my old rooms."

Kat smirked. "However, get on my badside and I'll be forced to use those." She pointed to the daggers hanging on the wall in a glass case.

Well, in that case, Sandi was screwed. She always found a way to tick someone off.
"Pointy." she mumbled before letting the trumpet slide to the bed.

Kat chuckled lightly. "Relax. I would only use those as a last resort. Besides, I'm always in a good mood and...I like humans. They fascinate me." She said with a small smile.

"Yesh, I'm very fascinating." Sandi said as she leaned back to try and look cool. She didn't realize, however that she was sitting on a pile of bags and fell back onto her bed headfirst.
Ch'yah, she thinks I'm real cool now.

Kat burst out laughing. "That was the funniest thing I've ever seen! Are you okay?" She asked regaining her composure.
