She snuck silently through the forest, trying desperately not to be heard. The dragon that was twice as tall as the tallest human didn't make her job any easier. Especially since Essy didn't know what stealth meant. If need be, she would leave her behind to go back to the campsite. Nobody would try to hurt her niave dragon.

Quick and light, was all that went through Sade's head as she ran through the forest. She ignored the footsteps ringing behind her. She knew she just had to keep on running. The ground barely touched her feet as she flew inbetween trees, and over streams. A rock whistled through the air and struck the tree next to her. She felt the wood chips of the tree strike her shoulder. But she didnt stop. Faintly she heard screaming behind her, and the laughter of men. She knew she was safe, but she felt for the men's new victim. The womens screams slowly faded, as Sade ran farther away.

Zerah heard the crashing footsteps through the forest and froze. She cursed under her breath, and waited to see if anything would happnen.

The screams disappered. Absolute silence overwhelmed her. Her pace slowed, until she was standing still in the woods. There was nothing. No birds chirping, no sticks cracking..
She drew in a deep breath...And waited.
She was not alone.

Zerah silently drew her sword. Essy obliviously tramped through the forest.

Hearing the loud footsteps, Sade jumped into the nearest tree, and tried to escape from whoever was cornering her.

Miles sat alone in the very top of a tall pine. She cackled as her low-girlish voice echoed in the area. She stood up and slowly walked to the edge of the branch and flipped off landing perfectly on the ground under her. "Well, shall we see what the commoners are up to?" she smirked.

Miles stepped out to see Essy and Zerah taking off. "And just where do you think you're going...Stay. Lets, chat.." she cackled with another smirk.
