Tucked away on the outskirts of campus, there's a garden with several benches. There's also a fish pond that has oversized Koi swimming idly around in it. cobblestone paths lead to different sections of the garden and on one side there is a greenhouse. This is a peaceful place for students to grab a moment of zen before and after classes.

How about one of those zen garden things? You know, where you rake the sand around in patterns.

there can be an area for that if you want. I was going for more of a western styled garden.

{woo um k, what is our policy on phone conversations? can others hear the voice on the other side of the line?? If not, just disregard this, it's more for my own purposes to flesh out my character, but if it's not right then i'll delete it--*is new at rping, doesn't know coventions*}
Vade wandered around for a bit, not really knowing where he was going and not really caring. Eventually he stumbled upon the garden and collapsed onto one of the benches near the pond. Pulling out his cell phone he looked to see if got reception. He did. Checking the time, he pressed a quick dial button and listened as the line rang.
'Hey! Vade!' The voice on the other side sang and then became a bit grumpy. 'Do you have any idea what time it is here?'
"Sorry love, I have to go to class in a little bit and I wanted to call you before then," He answered. "How are you?"
'I'm doing...okay. Work's a really nice distraction from...well you know. How's the school? You haven't gotten expelled yet have you?'
Vade smiled a little, "No not yet, but the way things are going it's only a matter of time."
'Well I expect you to be trying your hardest, so when you come back to New York...well, we can talk about what we're going to do next.'
"Hey Bren..."
'Yeah?'
"You know i love you. And you know I'm sorry, right?"
'It wasn't your fault, it wasn't anyone's fault...it just...wasn't meant to be.'
Vade felt his eyes growing wet. When he thought about it, he couldn't help himself.
"I really...wanted to be a father..."
'I know. I've got to go Vade...listen, I'll try to see if i can get some time off and come see you soon okay?'
"okay..."
'I love you.'
"yeah"
He flipped his phone shut and took in a deep breath. What kind of person was he?

(Actually I think that sounds great. We can't hear what the other person is saying but it gives us insight onto what happened.)
Laetitia headed into the garden. She had noticed it only a few moments ago and decided to see if she could relax. As she walked though she lost the grip on all her books and papers. Dropping them onto the ground..and ontop of that..stepped on her own yellow dress and fell to the ground. She could be abit clumsy at times. Laetitia gasped as she got a face full of grass. She sat up and noticed her glass's had fallen off and began to search franticly for them.
"Oh man..just what I need...to loose my glass's.."
She sighed softly and began to search threw the grass with her hands.
"Come on..gotta be near here...they couldn't of gotten far..."

Vade was snapped back into reality when he heard the sound of someone taking a spill. It was a girl in a yellow dress, she looked familiar but he couldn't place her. She was searching the grass like she'd lost something and Vade saw a pair of glasses just beyond the area she was searching. PIcking them up, he handed them to her. He wondered if sh'e dheard any of that conversation.

"Eh uh..Oh thank you!"
Laetitia smiled and took the glass's putting them back onto her nose. She pushed them up and saw the same young man she had met yesterday.
"Oh its you. What are you doing out here? Did you sleep off the alcohol?"
Laetitia asked curiously as she sat there on her knee's. Starting to pick up the books and papers that she had spilt on the ground as well.

"Sorry, I can't really remember a lot o' last night, what was your name again?" He asked, scratching his head.

"Oh well thats a pity. My name is Laetitia. You where playing the fiddle in the music room. An Irish Jig. You called me a banshee because I sorta..ran off and dissappeared when you came out of the room..Then you taught me how to do a little jig as well. And I asked you if you still had that bottle of alcohol."
Laetitia giggled abit as she remembered last night. Picking up the last of her papers she stood up and brushed off her dress. Seeing a slight grass stain on it.
"Oh no...My pretty dress..."

Vade stood awkwardly, "I did all that? Christ..."
he noticed the stain on her dress.
"You know baby wipes are good for delicate clothes."

"Yes you did all that. Though it doesn't surprise me that you don't remember. You did smell of alcohol."
She looked down at her dress and smiled abit.
"Oh my..Really? I didn't know that baby wipes were good for cloths. I think I have some to.."
Laetitia looked threw her stuff and found a wipe. She always kept them on hand. Holding her books in one hand she opened it up and took out the wipe. Using it to clean the stain off her dress. And once seeing it gone she smiled.
"Wow! It really does work!"

"Me girlfriend's a fashion designer so i picked up a lot o' useless information about fabrics from her," he noted and lit a cigarette, figuring they were out in the open air and far away enough from prying eyes. He shifted his weight a bit and looked over at the pond again.

"Oh really? Thats wonderful! I bet she creates some very cute cloths. Though I find most fashion designers don't really know fashion..I mean..the whole heroine stick figure look? Ech..Gross..But I bet she is really good at it. If she comes to this school I'd love to meet her and look over some of her fashions."
Laetitia's face went bright at the thought of fashion.
"So whats her name?"

"Her name's Bren, Bren Engle. And i know what you mean. She designs for a more alternative selection of girls, otherwise she does a lot of men's clothing," Vade's mood was lightening with talk of his girl. She had that sort of effect, just talking about her made him feel happier. "I think her line's called "Indie or Die."

"really? Thats wonderful! I'll have to see if I can find her line of clothing the next time I go to the store."
Laetitia pulled out a pencil and jotted a note down in her notebook. Smiling as she closed it.
"She's got a really pretty name. I loved the name Engel..Even though its really just Angel is German..its still lovely..Even lovlier then angel.."
She smiled and closed her eyes abit.
"She's really special to you isn't she? I can tell. Your mood just lightened up alot with the mention of her name."
