Black Scorpion suggested sending an assault unit to nuke the area, but his associate Silver Mantis proposed a subtler alternative - with the same result, but with no direct heat coming back that would spark an open war. So it was that a brash young hero named Sunburst was lured to the dockside of Siren's Call to fight a mysterious robot. But too late, he realized it was a trap - the robot was designed to overload his nuclear-based powers... exit Sunburst, and a sizeable chunk of the surrounding area. Now that the radiation levels have dropped off enough to allow humans to enter, the zone has become a site of open war between heroes and villains - and bounties are being offered to those who want to join the war. Welcome to Siren's Call. This PvP zone is heroes and villians higher than lvl 20, but exempts anyone over lvl 30. So remember, use your powers wisely...and none over lvl 30 are allowed. Note: Hotspots! Are all over the zone. Please, if your posting about a hotspot, say it somehow in your posts that you are fighting NPCs at a Hotspot...and also remember...people like to attack other people in the hotspots.

Strike entered through the gate security check point. Only Security level 25 Heroes can enter in, and since he had a Paragon Security level of 42, he knew he was well ready for this all out zone, after all, the security team remembered him and said thanks for coming.
He walked out into the only block that the Heroes now owned in this district of Paragon. All they had was the hospital, but thats all they needed until they repair the huge hole in the security wall. Where he knew Sea Strike was entering from.
Sea walked off the helicopter into the Arachnos Base. The Arachnos was delighted to see another signature villian come walking off with the rest of the reinforcements. His armor molded to fill in the holes where the crystal armor disappeared, since he was in a Security Cap of 30, he couldn't use the power. Which was fine with him...He was here to show Strike, that he isn't the strongest one in the family, even though he has the highest Security level of the 8 siblings.
He activated his Super Jump, and off he went, torward the Talos Square, where all duels were usually held...becuase of the rings, and the open area of the square. That's where he always dueled, and so did Strike...after all, they grew up in the area of town before Sun Flare destroyed the security wall becuase of a villian's genius mind trapped him.

The two of them sat on a bench near the Square, discussing events. They had watched several duels in the rings, and had had a good laugh at each of them. The villains had been doing quite well... FeuerMacher looked up, staring into the faces of two costumed heroes. One, a huge man covered in some sort of armour, and the other was a smaller woman, electricity arcing all over her. "Drogos." said the big man. Drogos looked up at him and smiled. "What would you like, Megaton?" came the reply. "Duel. You and your little wench. Right now." Feuer's eyes narrowed dangerously, but Drogos held her back. He whispered something to her and she calmed, though hate filled her eyes. The two stood up and nodded towards the two heroes. Drogos tapped a hidden button underneath his armour, and a signal was sent out. All four people stood facing each other in the ring, and all was calm. Drogos merely stood impassively, and Megaton charged. He was met with a kick to the chest, which had enough force to stop Megaton. Bullets suddenly ricocheted off the huge man's armour. A half dozen soldiers were parachuting down from above, firing off their weapons. FeuerMacher took the opportunity to send flame after flame after Voltekai, punishing her with deadly flames. An aura of searing flames surrounded the black-skinned woman, burning Voltekai's cape slightly. The other woman sent a few arcs of electricity, but only one had any impact. FeuerMacher jolted once, then she fought back all the harder, blowing fire and throwing it so fast as to be a smoky blur. Megaton's visor had become clouded in smoke, and he swung his fists wildly, snapping two soldiers in two. Voltekai soon fell under Feuer's onslaught, and was ported away by the emergency system. Megaton, seeing the battle, soon turned and flew away, armour trailing smoke. "Very good." Said Drogos as they sat back down again.

Strike made his way to the square. He was very cautious, being this low of Security Level meant that he couldn't use two fo his best sword techniques, so he would heavily rely on his Super Reflexes to shield him long enough. He finally made it to the square, where he saw two villians sitting around. Strike stayed hidden until he saw Sea Strike.
Sea Strike was also making his way. His armor busting and rebuilding as he jumped. He landed at the square, making ab ig ruckus as the rocks shattered and reformed from the heavy landing. He just stood up tall, and took around, two more villians where here and so was Strike somewhere. "Hey, you two, have you seen a Scrapper Type Hero anywhere around here?" His voice was deep and raspy. You couldn't see this mouth move, since it was being a wrap. The scar on his left eye shows his courage in battle, afterall, a Brute never runs away from a close combat match, even if its uneven terms.
