I know this is kind of pointless, but it's a question that's been bugging me. What tempurature is it in Konoha? Is it cold most of the time, warm, does it vary, or what? It seems there's more people dressed for cold weather though.
Dressed for cold weather:
Naruto- He wears a jumpsuit. And a black shirt underneath. It must take a lot to stand that if it was hot.
Hinata- That girl wears a jacket and black pants! Poor girl must be sweating, even if Naruto's not around!
Kiba- Forget Hinata, he wears a dark gray jacket (And a black jacket after the time skip!)! And black pants! And he carries around a dog who has a fur coat! Either it's pretty cold down in Konoha, or he's just insane.
Shino- Wears a jacket/coat thing that covers up part of his face. And black pants. Maybe Team 8 get's cold easy. And after the timeskip he has that other jacket thing that covers up his 'fro.
Chouji- He wears like, what several layers? And a scarf. And after the timeskip he has all those layers. I know he has shorts and a t shirt like thing. But I think he classifies here more.
Kakashi- He has that mask, that headband covering his eye, he has that Jounin jacket and wears all black. Not to mention his black gloves. Either he lost a bet or it's cold.
Lee- He wears a jumpsuit, leg warmers, and a jounin vest (After timeskip).
Dressed for warm weather:
Sakura- Just look at her outfit! No sleeves! Barely anything on her legs! Same thing with the time skip!
Sasuke- Only before the time skip. But he wears shorts and a T-shirt! Not to mention that freakish collar. He must be freezing or something!
Ino- Forget Sasuke Uchi-popsicle, look at Ino! Especially after the timeskip! I just don't get that girl.
Shikamaru- Looks like he gets more after the timeskip, but before he must be frozen or something! All he wears is a small open shirt like thing over a fishnet!
Neji- He wears shorts a T shirt. He has those bandages, but I doubt those do much. He wears more after the timeskip though.
Anybody have any opinions on this? I think it's more cold than warm in Konoha. But I could be wrong. It's never snowed, and there's usually few clouds. Was it stated in a filler or something?

xD That's great. I think most ninja's just get cold easily.
Team 8 is all in some kind of parka while Kurenai wears like some shirt bandage thing. x"DD

Well, I don't know.
As for Ino and Sakura, they might just be dressing like that to try to attract Sasuke. Have you ever seen the way most girls dress for dances and going out to clubs?... They look like they're trying to punish themselves, to the point of hypothermia and loss of limbs. It could be 15 degrees outside, but they'll be wearing a skimpy little skirt that might as well not even be there because it's so short, and some ultra revealing tank top. I figure Sakura and Ino's outfits fall into this category. Somehow, those girls must just not get cold.
So maybe it's just a personal thing. Maybe the average temp. in Konoha is like 50 or 60... some people find that ultra cold and need to wear jackets, yet some have higher thresholds for tolerating cold, and could go out in a T-shirt without any discomfort.

Too true!
Also, think about this:
When you see people from (say) Canada who have come up to (say) Australia during the Australian winter, the Canadians are the ones wearing short-shorts and t-shirts, while the Aussies are bundled up in parkas and jumpers.
This goes vice-versa...

Yeah, that's true. I guess it really depends on the person. It always bugged me though. Especially how Hinata wears a jacket and pants and how Neji wears a T-shirt and shorts. They're both Hyuugas and grew up in the same enviroment, so it bugged me on how different they were.
