But lake effect snow is so much fun ^_^
Also the lakes do actually keep us warmer than we should be in the winter.

The first freezing rain we got after that little warm period encased everything in ice. Power lines kept coming down but all the trees and bushes looked so pretty and sparkly whee I'm not a fan of michigan winters but sometimes it's worth it.

In Mt. Peezy we didn't get any ice; just straight-up snow! But now the wind chill is bitter cold and walking to class sucks.

I love the snow, but when temperatures go down to the teens and the snow stops falling is when I get irritated.
More snow means less chance of school, but cold weather just means an extremely unpleasant wait for the bus.
And Muskegon seems to be getting skipped over when it comes to ice.
We have gotten a pretty nice amount of snow though.

OMG that ice in Switzerland.. if that ever happened here i would die xp Can u imagine how big their hail must be >.> Probably breaking windows and stuff.. I cant stand just having really small hail cuz it still kinda hurts let alone hail the size of fists sweatdrop

I reallt don't mind the cold, but I do mind the high winds blowing th clod in my face on my way to class. my nose got a small frost bite on it. cry

Well once again the temp changes. I was loving the mild temps here in the Metro Detroit area. Snow is really getting to me...I need some summer....like now.
