USFG is always trying to improve, but we need your help to make that possible.

I think that we should try to recruit more members. If we recruit more, there will be more to talk about.

Perhaps an absentee list, cause some of us may be gone for a while and not wish to be banned from the guild. And it might also explain to other people who look for the absent avi, so they don't pm the captain and crew.

And it might also explain to other people who look for the absent avi, so they don't pm the captain and crew. Just a possibility USFG does not ban inactive members, so this won't be a problem.

Elfonso, you've already gotten some suggestions from me via PM, but here are a few more. Because of the number of members who've yet to post, why not remind them of their membership?
I've already started, somewhat. I've almost finished the first page, and if you think this is a good idea, maybe you could start on the second page? IF I were to do the odd pages and yourself the even ones, we should be done pretty quickly (not to mention all the $$$, but that's not my reason for doing it ninja ).

Anyone who's got 0 posts should be messaged. Let them remove themselves from the guild if need be, but it should be our job to get what members we can to start posting actively before recruiting more members.

Now I happen to belong to a few guilds besides this one. Not many but I've been a part of them long enough to realize some necisary changes. In an rp guil it is inevitable that some rp's will die. This can not be helped and is a part of the rping process. Build,rp, and either die and learn or finish and move on. Once an rp is dead it just becomes a nusance to the other more active rp's, streching the page and adding to an overall messy feel to the page. It could be acceptable to go ahead and deleat these rp's, but I say that there is a lesson to be learned in defeat, by everybody. So, I suggest that we adopt a thread grave yard. A siple subforum created to house the corpses of dead rp's. As soon as an rp dies it could be moved to this mausalieum and put on display as a lesson for future rp makers. Of coarse it would be allright to go ahead and recreate the rp or request a resurection if the original owner got enough people willing to participate.

I've just tried to invite 22 new members, all of whom I know as excellent RPers and dedicated guildsmen. Some of them have over 10,000 posts in a single guild alone, and belong to several in which they are active.
Many of them are devoted fans of "fantasy RPs", but they're rule-oriented enough to obey the "science fiction only" setting of this guild. Besides, by giving them a Star Wars RP (-Promoting.-) it will allow them to have that sense of "magic" they're so used to.

I have an idea...
I saw this in another guild.
Why not offer the ability to let members buy a sub-forum?
Like, if they pay the 2500,
Give them a sub-forum where they can plot out a Sci-Fi Rp over a large scale

okay...i was strung out on shugar, caffine and what not last time....so.... if the guild has enough gold, get maybe, one more sub-forum, for roleplaying, and have the really important things in front, ie. guild events, announcements, recruiting drives[i only got one person, but hey, you cant get every one....one is all it takes to make a difference] ,wise words from Elfonso and his loyal crew ,you know, make it all nice, neat, and in one little box with a purple bow on top. also i am asking if anyone wishes to participate in the gundam battles thread as me and my good freind kazrai are hoping for an epic. hell, you dont even have to know about gundam.... you just need a picture of a robot[ no power rangers esq super bot....] its weapons and such, and pick one of the four [i think...] factions to fight for. and banners would be a good idea....and maybe the guild home could use a little touching up....i geuss that would be a good idea. calebthecat
