Okay, so I'm not going to summarize the WHOLE rpg thoroughly, but this is just to give you an idea as to what is going on from page 1 to 45.
The History of the Story
We begin with the world of Neo Tokyo. Everything is in disarray. Sailor Moon has recently been crowned "Neo Queen Serenity" after she restored peace to Tokyo. So, they have built the peaceful Neo Tokyo. A new Silver Millenium has begun, or so they thought. Only to find out that a new villain is on her way.
Luna and Artemis have discovered the arrival. They immediately tell Neo Queen Serenity. She tells that scouts that she must go and meet the intruder. The scouts all want to go along with her, but will she let them?
The Main Storyline
(All storylines off to the side are left out, mainly from lack of memory... sweatdrop )
Usagi, Rei, and Minako venture onto the enemy's ship and the enemy ends up trapping Usagi. Usagi realizes that in her pregnant state, she doesn't have enough energy to sustain her senshi powers, so she cannot defend herself against the entrapment. She meets her old friend Dea (Sailor Earth) there and Dea helps her escape. On the other hand, Sailor Titanium Phoenix (the new villain) transforms into an Usagi look-alike and goes back to the palace with Minako and Rei and fools everyone for a little while. The scouts begin to realize that she is not their queen and she flees, leaving behind a large, indestructable robot (Barel) in her place. He begins attacking the palace, then is defeated and runs away.
Sailor Titanium Phoenix goes to the palace in her untransformed state and begins to move amongst the senshi as their "ally" trying to find out some secrets. Usagi has her baby (Chibi-Usa), then Barel begins to try and target the child. Usagi calls the robot a bully and begins to challenge it to follow her and battle with her. Dea and Selena (her older sister/Sailor Universe) help Usagi battle the robot and Barel ends up retreating in the end. Purity, a mystery woman who was the older sister of Queen Serenity, gives the three senshi new crystals for their bravery and friendship. The three senshi havve to diffuse a bomb, figure out the code to be Phoenix and it stops.
Right now, Sailor Palla is looking for Ami to go to the Lakes of Lethe to look for Barel and they will receive their crystals there... xd

Sailor Pallas and Lando are fighting against Barel in the Lakes of Lethe.
Tara and Isaki are fighting each other, though I missed the reason why... sweatdrop
A new scout arrived: Sailor Easter. Minako planned to not let Usagi be outdone and was going to make ears for Bunny to wear, as well. But their plans were foiled when Usagi found out that no one, but the chosen ones, could enter into the rooms and get their crystals. Minako shouted angrily towards Purity (the sister of the former Queen Serenity/giver of the crystals) and a portal opened beneath her feet. Usagi jumped in after Minako and they met Purity.
They found out that Purity was giving out crystals to the villains, as well. Minako vowed that she didn't need a crystal. Purity is holding Minako and Purity prisoner.
Sailor Easter is bashing herself into the barrier that prevents anyone but chosen people to enter inside. Most of the other scouts are watching the battle provided in the Lakes of Lethe from their safe distance...

The scouts are all receiving their crystals right now from Purity.
Purity has given amulets to both Usagi and Dea that semi-control them, though she plans to make them go through more intensive training to be her underlings.
In the process of trying to turn senshi to her side, Purity has made Chibi Usa into Black Lady, her servant.
Right now, the senshi that have received their crystals are in the SM RPG.
The storyline isn't really that important right now. If you post a profile, you will receive a crystal assignment, meaning that you will join a fight that is already going on, most likely. ^.^
All new villains will have to wait until Phoenix's ship's battle is over until they may enter into a battle.
That is all the summary needed, for now. Any specific plot questions should be directed to angel_baby_4 for scouts and Super Sailor Moon for villains.
