This forum is to show off those dream homes, float ideas for themes, beg votes for your Arena Entries, beg charity from your fellow pickles for that decorative item you just can't live without, and to just plain show off your fantastic design skills!
How to take a screenie of your home = First, go to your home. Screenshots of homes are easier if you're there. Now, find the ALT key and the PRINTSCREEN keys on your keyboard.
First, make sure to click somewhere inside your home, this makes it your active window. Hold down ALT and press the PRINTSCREEN key. This will take a picture of your active window only! :::gasp::: how cool is that!
Now, open your windows Paint program. Click EDIT and then PASTE. Huzzah! Your image will appear in the window! Save this image to your pictures folder, or wherever you like. Use a site like ImageShack or PhotoBucket to host your image.
When you're done, copy the URL to your image into a post here with the Image Brackets and we'll all see the vision of lovliness that is your creation!
