I am demoting everyone to members then you will have to work your way up in the guild by howmany times you post, so the people who post the most will be higher ranks.

This does not mean spam up the guild just so you can be vice captian!!!!!

Well I kinda did this so that people would be working tward getting the guild up and runnign good, I am only counting the RP posts, not the spam, or any thing else.
