[Hair Color] Royal blue [Font colour], fades to White.

[Hair]His hair is fairly short, reaching just halfway down his neck. It is kept rather neat with the fringe, combed to one side, covering his right eyebrow. A little halo floats above his head, tilted to one side slightly.
