If Sci-Fan allowed? Kinda like, Faeries with magic and lasers and whatnot.

Good question. There is a thin line in which sci-fan is okay and which is not. A futuristic story with magic involved is acceptable. What is not acceptable is "all races welcomed" threads, "lycan, demon, vampire" threads, or "half-cat, half-demon, half-angel," threads. If you catch my drift...

Why? Because there are already so many lycan-demon-vampire-half-cat- half-lycan-half-demon-half-angel threads out there...

That would be up to the RP and if the creator would accept it. If the RP calls for humans with grafted animal DNA, then so be it, as long as the RP is sci-fi and/or futuristic.
