Okay, I'm inspired. blaugh By a different top ten list on another forum.

Nominate the games that were your biggest Time Sucks! The games you spent all the hours into the night obsessing with. You know the ones, where you spent all night learning those esper spells or hunting Rainbow Shells, plodding through a 100 floor dungeon, leveling your sneak skill to hit that glorious vault...

We all have them and we love them. These are the games we still play when nothing else has our attention, the games we are addicted too. The plots that sucked us in.

TES III: Morrowind

Well, if you're listing time sucking games, this HAS to be on the list. I have put hundreds of hours into this game. Everytime I think I've kicked the habit, a new expansion comes out, or I see the icon on my desktop and get the urge to play again. blaugh

I've spent hours just wandering the countryside enjoying the scnenery and filling in my map. lol Whole days have been lost leveling up certain skills so I could hit the Great House Vaults in Vivec with my thief.

My save games are littered with character after character after character, exploring the different signs, race and skill combinations. And nothing's more fun that plinking an Ordinator to death for his armor cause you need gold.

So many things make this game worth playing. Where else are you gonna find a drunken Mudcrab Merchant?!? Or an out of work Scamp Drummer. Ma'Iq the Liar is worth a swim to the middle of nowhere to hear what the smart-a** developers had to say. rofl

The Main quest line is fantastic. The final Dungeon is surreal with Dagoth Ur speaking to you and trying to win you over to his cause.
The visuals are amazing. You can lose time just wandering some of the cities and looking at the bizzare buildings that are grown rather than built.

Ooooh Tetris...now there is a time sucking game. xd I have it on my GBA SP and it still hypnotizes me on a regular basis.
That and Dr. Mario. That one always got me too. blaugh

Why not nominate something simple like Raganrok Online? ive spent a total of 4 years on it... and i cant quit... its more addicting than Gaia!!

I still haven't played KH II, but Kingdom Hearts did indeed suck a lot of my time. blaugh The novelty of visiting all those Disney locations was fun. Doesn't have a lot of replay value for me though. The game just wasn't extensive enough.

I nominate Paper Mario:The Thousand Year Door!

It's a great,creative game with clever puzzles and...overall,the game's clever and fun. x333

I've spent many an hour on that game... o.o;;;; Really. I have.So so SO many hours doing stuff...

Freaking Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town. I promised myself I'd unlock the special houses.

It took me 50+ years of in game time, and that was with a field entirely covered with crops, to save enough money for one of the houses. I don't even want to know how much time I sunk into that. It was so boring by the end.
