"A year and a half after its release world-wide in hardcover, Eldest hit the shelves (in the United States - foreign dates to come soon) mini-sized! Totaling 704 pages, the paperback edition will weigh 6.4 ounces and take up only 7.9 x 5.2 x 1.5 inches of your pocket space!" -Shur'tugal.com
So there it is if your excuse for not reading eldest was that you could not afford it, well now you can! --Zipporah

Their are, of course, priorities in life above books. Especially books that can be easil obtained at the library. And I must say I was somewhat disappointed with Eldest.

splee! now i can own it and read it over and over til the covers fall off.. (that's how my harry potter paperbacks and my anne rice series is... i hold them all together with rubberbands on which very random things are written)
Edit: i would like to mention that i am in no way a book abuser. i simply love them to death(almost literally) and show it very freely by reading and rereading and rereading and rereading.. shall i continue? no? okay

Well at least more people can affored Eldest, and get themselves lost in the adventerous land of Alagaesia! blaugh

I strongly disagree there is nothing better than BOOKS. Except of course God and maybe people (depends on who they are) I collect books.
