His name is Hiroshi (last name) Tsukigai (first name), Tsuki meaning moon in japanese, with gai added to his name to make it a bit less common. Hiroshi is the japanese word for generous, and it is unknown how his family line has earned the title. The two most common nicknames used for him are Tsu and Tsuki.

____{ Personality }
Tsukigai is generally a very kind child, open to everyone and everything, but easily influenced by others, and his own feelings and moods. He is calm by his lonesome, but can become very excited rather quickly when he is with his friends, and there seems to be no limit to his curiosity. He can be temperamental and very easy to upset when he doesn't get what he wants, but it seems that this negative trait is slowly getting better as he ages, a fact for with his parents are thankful. He has a knack at finding loopholes in rules and get away with breaking them due to his cuteness, fact which works most often with his parents than anyone else.

His parents always push him to excel, but, in reality, Tsu couldn't really care less, and prefers to sees school like a fun time rather than as the serious thing he was told to consider it as. Thankfully, he seems to learn fast, his best subject (beside music) being reading at the moment.

In despise being told how different he is, the boy does not seem to really care that he is, in fact, not human. He does not consider his weird growth cycles as odd, and seems to be quite surprised when others find them to be just that. He simply is not aware that not everyone is just like him, and seems like he might not understand for quite a while.

While a relatively calm boy that follow rules, Tsukigai is plagued by both his easily excitable personality and his bottomless curiousity. When both those traits collide, he tends to forget about everything else and stop thinking about what consequences his actions will bring. He is also determined as a mule, depending on the situation. He can usually be coaxed to let others have their way if they are very close friends of his, otherwise he will become a total terror if forced to be somewhere he doesn't WANT to be. (mostly outside around noon, where the sun is at it's worst.) His temper tantrums are very intense, but thankfully very brief, and he tends to acts like if nothing ever happened afterward, after the quickest apology possible. He can be rilled into fighting if provoked enough, but otherwise will not seek to pick fights with others. He truly enjoys learning new things, but prefer to go on adventures to learn, instead of classrooms.

Since he lives on-campus, Tsu is also a bit more independent than you would expect a boy his age can be - he keeps his room in a (relatively) clean state, and can cook VERY simple things under supervision from an adult or another responsible person. He is fluent in both japanese and english (thanks for one parent being japanese, and the other from the US), but his english has a slight accent, and he has a tendency to revert to japanese in the heat of the moment (mostly card captures), or if angry/tired.

____{ Physical Attributes }
As previously mentioned, the only physical trait of Tsu that might earn him very odd looks is his very pale skin. So pale, in fact, that most people will not hesitate one second to call it white. He also has a sideway, black crescent moon mark on his forehead, and a swirl-like marking right under his right eye. His hairs are kept to chin length, have a tendency to spike out sightly, and visibly have not seen sight of a comb in months. Tsukigai is also known to be short-sighted, and wears contacts to correct this problem. The contacts also have the added bonus of being colored, turning his eyes a grayish green instead of the relatively unusual silver color. At all, he's doing his best to look as normal as possible, as he doesn't like questions or comments (or teasing) concerning his apparence.

As for clothing, beside his school uniform, he is mostly seen in baggy clothing - his color taste mostly staying in monochromes or pale colors, with the occasional kaki and navy blue every now and then. He's mostly seen in cargoes, very rarely jeans, and either t-shirts or twofers with simple designs on them. There is usually a small moon patch on his pant leg, his family's crest. He's gotten into the habit of always having it on him in some form, and kind of feel akward if it's not. While he can do little about his school uniform, it is present on every pants he own, mostly sewed there by his mother before the clothing is even sent/given to him.

____{ Powers }
Even as an elemental, Tsukigai has very little in the way of actual powers, which makes it easier for him to blend in. The only real power he seems to have is the one to make bodies of water rise and fall as will, and he does have a very good control over it. It is very likely that no one would ever know of this with how little he actually uses it.

____{ Key and Command }
Tsukigai's key is a moonstone ring given to him by his mother when he initially left for Westchase, which he usually wears around his neck, held there by a silver chain. His command is "Taizen !", which is the japanese word for calm. He uses it in meaning to go across as an order for the card to calm down and submit to his will.

____{ Costume }

Hiroshi Takashi - Tsukigai's father, an human of japanese decent, 30 years old. He's a businessman, head of a very big company - so the family is pretty well off. He doesn't have much time with his children, but he makes the most of what little time he DOES have, and raises his two boys to the best of his ability. It was mostly his decision to send his elder son to the academy - for his own good, even if he is not exactly pleased with being separated from him for so long. He's pretty much like your average japanese person - dark hairs and eyes.

Azuria Syalin - Tsukigai's mother, a moon elemental, 15 years old in reality, but 25 in apparence. Azuria and Takashi have actually known each other since she was but a child, and he a teenager - due to her growth, they caught up in age rather quickly. They where always fond of each other - he protected her first, when other bullied her, then they became inseparable friends and roommates in college... They quickly became lovers, and it didn't take long until Takashi showed up with a diamond ring and asked her to be his wife. She has long white hairs, pale skin, and silver eyes - the nickname Takashi often calls her by is "Snow White Queen." She is a graphic artist working from home, but she had started taking on less jobs ever since she had her second child, as Takashi's income alone allows them a comfortable life.

Hiroshi Senki - The youngest child of the family, 2 years old. Senki is completely human, but still draws alot of features from his mother - mostly the hairs, which are a reverse of Tsu's : white with a black bang. He's only now entering toddlerhood and is missing his older brother A LOT, and gives no silent input on the situation. Inu's been entrusted into his "guard" and he takes his task very seriously (task being to play with him, most likely)

Inu - Tsukigai's puppy (very cleverly named, as you can see), a small golden retriver. He's exactly the kind of dog that would make bad watchdogs, because they are friendly and want to play with EVERYTHING. Inu is not allowed on schoolground and thus stays at home, which makes it so Tsu doesn't get to play with him as much as he would like.

For now, Meirei grudgingly respects Tsukigai - he is her master no matter if she wants it or not, but she's far from ready to actively listen to him. However, she is now doing efforts to be friendly, in order for them to have somewhat of an healthy relationship. If they are going to be together almost constantly, it would be better for them NOT to be fighting all the time, even if they still butt head frequently. Still, she watches him like an hawk and attempts to mother him from time to time - and is constantly rearranging things in his room, to his chagrin, and any attempt to order her to stop has so far failed.

Her powers seem to center around the manipulation of ice and water - it would seem that if her and Tsu are ever able to learn to cooperate, they might be quite a team.
