Well hello all! ^^" I have returned from my wonderful adventure that was the Key Club Kawanii's Trip in the Catskills Country Club. Very exciting. I don't remember the actual name, Kutchers I think... *Shrugs*
For all of you who don't know, Key Club is an organization, usually involving high school students, in which the students do community service just because it's fun! The convention was held to elect our new delegates for New York, where I live. It's a huge thing, and very, very popular. (There was over 700 of us in one section)
Ok, well, I got to go to alot of business meetings which ended up involving us staying up until 4 to 5 in the morning discussing our new political decisions for the new year. Very exciting. *Le sigh* And we also got to preform on stage for a talent show, so that was fun.
Horrible events? Oh yeah, a few.
Sadly, the place was closed for ten years prior. Why? Because it was satanic! Grafittie on the walls (did I spell that right?), the walls were broken through with snow piling in, and the worst part.
The Elevator of Doom!
Yep, we got into that sucker, go us, the smart Key Clubbers. When we first entered it jumped, ok... << >> Well, when we started to descend, the cable broke, sending us down about four feet, when the safety cable caught us. After forcing open the doors and slimbing out we complained to the manager, in which he said...
"You'll be fine."

Grr...
Discuss: Great places you've gone which have resulted in terrifying events, or an issue involving a trip you had once taken.
