How do you know that trade happened?

When I got hacked Gala was useless.
They did nothing except reset my password.
And I asked a mod "Can you see the IP address that hacked me?"
And they said "We can,but how do we know it wasn't you logging in from over there."
Stupid Gala/Mods.
Worthless,lazy scum.
And when I got hacked I lost my Aibatt.
200m down the drain.
