incase anyone is having trouble finding the COG-tags i will reveal all 30 COG- tag locations over a period of time,heres the first one(if you didnt get this one you have to be blind)ahses;cross the courtyard outside the prison cell area toward the rear wall -you can do this regardless of the direction you opt to take when talking to dom.locate the COG tag on the ground in front of the crimson omen.

the second is stil in jacinto maximum security prison,the cog tag is on the ground,under the stairway opposite the one you decended if you took the training route.its to the left and below the crimson omen painted on the wall

outside the crimson omen for this cog tag is in the lower southwast corner of the yard(before the corpser)
