Pet Sematary. I know. Read the book and you'll understand the "S" thing.
Yes. We know i'm 13, and Steven King is an old man by now. But I picked up this book and when I finished this grusome tale, I became very overprotective of my best friend, (My Dog) Joy. It's about the matters of Life and Death. Have you ever heard this? "If you had the chance to bring a deceased loved one back, Would you?" I, myself would have said yes before reading this book. I've seen many horror movies, And even the movie was very grusome. Try reading it.
On a writing perspective, I've written many short stories involving death. I can't do that anymore. I just can't. It was a big thing on Steven King's personal level.... If your into horror books, or need insparation for a horror book/poem/story, Read this. Though, prepare to have your opinion changed.
"Sometimes, Dead is Better."

I've heard of the book and movie before, but never checked either out. So, they're good then? Pretty creepy?
Oh, nothing's wrong with reading Stephen King. I'm thirteen, too, and I've read some of his books and enjoyed them.
I love horror books. And horror poems. Edgar Allan Poe's always been a favorite of mine.
I suppose I'll be picking that up next time I go to the bookstore, then.

Awsome. I like Edger A.P too. The book is good, check out my profile for a YouTube called "Pet Sematary" By the Ramones. In the book the main caracter says 'Hey Ho, Let's Go" sevral times, which is from one of their songs.
I use that saying in my writing now on a daily basis. I think i'm going to do my own version of Pet Sematary one day. This'll be the first place it goes.

I had to do a research paper on Poe awhile back, that was the only one I've ever enjoyed.
Ha, I know that song. XD Thanks!
Sounds interesting-I'd like to see it when you do.

I've never read the book (or any of Stephen King's Books) but I've seen the movie. Good movie, very sad though...

It is sad. And now I can't tell if I'm scared sheetless or obsessed. I think I may write a horror story of my own....

If you like Pet Semetary, then you might enjoy a short story of his called "boogeyman." It is SCARY!!! It's THE scariest story that he ever wrote. I can't remember which book it's in, it's the one with Children of the Corn, and I can't say 'oh it's the one I own', because, I own them all. And if you want a book book, look for Desperation. The sequal to it is written by Richard Bachman, *pssst* it's Stephen King, don't be fooled. I love Stephen King's old stuff. If you watch the movies, you will notice that he is only in some, because if he doesn't approve of something with one, he won't be in it. Like The Shining. He didn't like Jack Nicholson for Jack... Sorry, I love him so much that I know a lot of useless stuff.
"How do you think up these things, Mr. King?" "I have the brain of a 10 year old boy.... In a jar in my basement." ~interview with Stephen King. It's funny, what can I say?
