The Eugenics thing is not well defined in the sections that you can read because we are working out how to implement it in the least invasive way we can come up with. But please tell me these "Time and Time again" are. As far as I am aware eugenics was only ever implemented (in a very perverse and improper manner i must say) in Nazi Germany. so that, lets see...once

Damn Omnileech! You didn't leave much for me to say! I agree with Omnileech completely.

I think it's rather amusing that while you're explaining what pluralism is you have to put that it's not racism in caps, which means that it's not apparent that it's not and that it can be taken as racism reasonably.

You keep talking about how people and the human race is imperfect, which is true and your plan would do nothing but to promote this factor. This is not a plan to strive for a higher degree of perfection.

As previously stated, this plan is fascist. In some ways it reminds of the government in V for Vendetta!
