Because I have already posted in the other topics, and left the ones that aren't relevant, if that was any, I am going to start a new topic. For people who don't know me... HEY! And people who do, I love you =]]
So this can just be about anything I suppose, it's not really up to me but just whatever.
I wouldn't mind it being about religion, as long as it doesn't become too heated, and I think I have heard enough about christianity, that's not ment to offend anyone.
Just interested in uncommon religions that aren't taught at school and such.

I think other religions are interesting. I was looking at Shintoism and aside from being incredibly sexist, it's actually quite interesting.
I also got into contact with someone awhile ago who was was pagan. She was really nice. xd

My friend got kicked out of a library for reading a book on Taoism because it had pictures of people engaging in explicit sexual acts inside.
I wonder why it was in the library if they don't want us to read it? XD"

I've given up on attempting to find what religion i could be. I respect the beliefs of others but there are some things in almost every religion that i object to.
Although Wicca and Paganism is quite interesting, i can't imagine being a part of it.
Christianity is popular but if you trace history, it is also the cause of the deaths of several innocent people in horrific ways. The Salem witch trials being one such thing, although there were less than twenty burnings in all, it still occurred. Drownings were the most popular.

Yeah, i'm not exactly a religion. I think it is classified as one, but doesn't have the main things a normal religion would. Agnosticism: (from the Greek "a," meaning "without," and Gnosticism or "gnosis," meaning knowledge) means "unknowable," and is the philosophical view that the truth value of certain claims—particularly theological claims regarding metaphysics, afterlife or the existence of God, god(s), or deities—is unknown or, depending on the form of agnosticism, inherently unknowable.
Agnostics claim either that it is not possible to have absolute or certain knowledge of God or gods; or, alternatively, that while certainty may be possible, they personally have no knowledge. Agnosticism in both cases involves some form of skepticism.

Ahhkay then.. A lot of people believe different things. I just believe that to live the way i want, i must take my chances and follow a path set by my own decisions.
