I have one Naruto FanFiction posted on my page. It's called The Missing Uchiha PART 1. I'm just going to say this, the description sucks. But the story is good. Unfortunatly, it takes a while for my plot line to beome more original (15 chapters to be precise). But there are still twists. Please Comment Nicely.
I'm working on 3 other Naruto stories right now. One is The Missing Uchiha PART 2, but I can't start writing that until I finish PART 1, also I don't know what will happen at the end yet. I do know that I am going to try to mix romance and violent bloody murders in the same story.
Another story is called Fallen Stars. This story takes place after the Hoshigakure filler arc in the anime (episodes 178-183). I am currently in the middle of writing chapter 1 for that. But once I get to the main story line, that will go by quickly. It is told in first person from the point of my OC Hoshisuke. Hoshi was going to be the next Hoshikage but then their village was destroyed by Akahoshi. So now Hoshi, Sumaru, Hokuto, and Mizure are the only survivors. The rest of the story is complicated so i don't want to put it here.
My third story is still in character development. What I do know about it so far is that it is about 4 children who live in Iwagakure. Out of the 5 main characters (the genin and their sensei) I know the names and history of two of them. One is Yoshimi Moriko, the son of the Tsuchikage. The other is Hatsuye Akane, her history is a secret but I can say that she is an orphan and her parents were killed in a massive eplosion. (I'm sorry for huge Deidara fans, I had to give him a last name and come up with a reason why he became an S-class criminal.)
I have 2 other non-Naruto fictions there as well. If they seem interesting, please read them as well.

Just read Missing Uchiha part 1. Normally, 'long lost sibling' fics are kind of corny and unbelievable, but yours seems interesting so far. It wouldn't kill you to add some detail.
One thing you need to do is come up with a very good reason that Sasuke's parents left her with the Hokage, and he never spoke to them about it. If she is the same age as Sasuke, then his/her parents would have been alive for at least eight or so years after she was abandoned. It seems like the Hokage would have gone to them to ask why they abandoned their daughter at some point during that time period.

The Missing Uchiha PART 1:
sweatdrop yeah the begining isn't the best but it gets better later on, especially in PART 2 which I am about to start writing very soon. I'm going to post more chapters of this story right now. I've written 27 chapters so far. Clearly, FanFiction.net is behind.
Fallen Stars:
This story kinda fell apart. I liked the concept but now it doesn't seem too great. I may work on it some more but not too much.
Perfect Little Tragedy: (<-- the third story mentioned above now has a title!)
I'm in love with this story. It has a bit at the begining that is very similar to what happens in Shippuuden but that is only to give it a time period. I've also changed the genin/sensei relationship between the characters to a chunin/taicho relationship. (Taicho means captain.) So my characters are 15 and in the beggining they meet up with Naruto, Sakura, Kakashi, and Ara. Now you may be thinking "Who's Ara?" Ara Takanata is an OC of mine mentioned in about chapter 15 of The Missing Uchiha PART 1. Inclding her in both The Missing Uchiha PART 2 and this story gives it a cool little crossover which I love!
