Earth Day is dedicated to, guess what?- Our world! It is celebrated by choseing to recycle, carpool, etc in order to spend a day trying not to pollute our world an in most cases schools also take that day to provide small games and contests where people draw and write poems about our earth, how much they enjoy it as well as keeping it clean. I will ask Wild WindWhisperer, who gave me these wonderful ideas what exactly she meant.
