Basically, this is our conversation right after the initial pleasantries. I'm sorry I couldn't save the color, and hopefully it's readable. Basically, no one let him in or do anything for him or listen to any of his threads without talking to me first.

A: No, Gaia moderators are not responsible for your guild politics. It is up to the guild crew how they want to handle internal conflicts. The sole exception is if the guild crew or captain is violating Gaia's TOS.
Q: A guild banned me for no reason, I wanna report them! -OR- The captain/crew are abusing their power, what do I do? -OR- The guild is really close to breaking the TOS, can I report them?
A: Guild crew can do whatever they want as long as they don't break the TOS, including banning you for no reason. Do not report a guild unless there is a TOS violation that the Guild refuses to take care of themselves.

I hate to be mean and to exclude anyone, but frankly I don't think Sam was influencing anyone in a positive manner and was basically a leech upon our guild. Hell, even Atomisk Prime has gotten better then he is.
If anyone cares to disagree, please let me know. Also, do you think we should put up a notice in the main forum?
Edit:I forgot to say, I only was going to demote him, and offered to listen to the people he said he would help. But he threatened to quit and erase all his posts, so I banned him instead. I think his actions prove it was the right decision.

You know I don't have a problem with it. In fact, I congratulate you.
It's obvious that I didn't like him much, but I only started disliking him when I realized that he was a complete and total a*****e. He had his civil moments, but they were exactly that. Moments. Some of his work was impressive, I'll give him that much. But he stopped being a positive influence in the MPRILC a long time ago.
Oh, and I think a notice should be posted. Just because people may be confused. And/Or they may want to celebrate.

I don't remember at the moment, but guild ststus needs to be set to hidden.
He may be banned, but he can still edit his posts from outside the guild. One need not be in a guild to edit their posts within said guild.

I read Lobo's post in the Conclusion thread. Then I just moved the both of them to the recycle bin. I'm real, real tired. I'm tired of fighting for what I know is right and being blamed for it. So you guys go head and decide what to do with him. I guess I stick by that. I just don't think I can do this anymore.

Er...I hope what Jaw the Un said didn't...cause these feelings. As I told you, he can be quite an a**, and I still regret letting him in. He's harmless, though, and is all talk. He doesn't mean any of it, nor can he back up what he actually means. But anyway, I think most people agree that Sam's just going to remain an a**. I'm tired of this s**t, too. I'm thinking it's a "speak now or forever hold your peace" thing, as far as letting him back in. But, you know, that's just me.

You're always going to piss someone off, it's just an inevitable part of life. If he's LoBo's friend, so be it. If everyone hates him, so be it. I think he can be an absolute a** when he wants to be, and pretty nice when he wants to be. Like LoBo said, we all are like that. But it's just a matter of making a decision and sticking with it. Divinitywolf is content, and I think what got to LoBo the most was us constantly putting Sam down without any defense. I think it's pretty well solved. We'll just see if it comes up again.
