Exam Promotions
When your character is promoted through the Chuunin Exams upgrade them as so.
Chakra Pool increased by 5 points. Intuition, Power, Seal, Speed, Stealth are increased by 1. Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and Genjutsu are increased by one unless you have 0 in one of those stats. In which case you only increase the other two.
Your character is also awarded a Technique or Demon Art(if they're a Jinchuuriki) of their choice.
