I know, we have a favorite character thread out there, but its LOOOOOONG gone! You don't really have to pick a favorite, just tell us what character you like and why! If you like a whole bunch of characters, well, the more the merrier!

Sora Hasegawa.
She's got those adorable freckles and huge glasses.
She's so sweet and kind and polite.
And sometimes - she wears some really awesome outfits!
I wish I had those clothes!
I just love her shyness and social awkwardness.
It makes me want to give her a big hug!

No, that was not a compliment.
I like Keiichi. Belldandy, in all her perfection, is the ideal symbol for the Oh My Goddess! series. As readers of the manga come to find out, however, she is not the main character. This distinction goes to a young man by the name of Keiichi Morisato.
There is something that makes Keiichi stand out from the crowd--namely, his personality. Keiichi, like his girlfriend Belldandy, is one of the nicest people ever to grace the world of anime and manga. There are a few other guys who share his geniality (Tenchi Masaki, along with Makoto Mizuhara of El Hazard Fame), but none of them are anywhere near as easy to relate to. The reason for this is a simple one: Keiichi has a measure of self-doubt that makes him very human. He is unsure of himself a lot of the time, and often worries whether Belldandy will decide to leave him.
Most of us can, to at least some extent, empathize with Keiichi's hopes, fears, and problems. Combine this with his willingness to face his dilemmas despite his doubts, and you end up with a hero who people can not only relate to, but also admire.

Of course, my favorite character was always Belldandy... she's just so sweet and naive and beautiful, and she can see beauty in things that one wouldn't expect... she understands that everything in the universe has a place and purpose. Her constant happiness and gentleness make her selfish or aggressive actions all the more precious...

Mara is my favorite, she is so funny, but still sticks with it , like Team Rocket!!!   Notice the wrong markings on her cheeks
