Those both look pretty good. It's cool that the first one has Iota Iota Iota (Triota) the Women's Honor Society, I'm a member of that at my school. It's a great resource and support for students. The second one does seem a little more established, but then again it's hard to tell from a website. If you can, it would probably help if you could visit those schools to get a feel for the learning environment and programs. Good luck!

I'll most likely visit UNK this fall, but I'm unsure when I'll visit UNL. The most disheartening thing is that UNK only offers this program as a minor! crying It'll definitely be a tremendous transition from farmer college to feminist refinement.

How cool! I'm going to Alma College this fall, and while women's studies is only offered as a minor, I'm definitely going for it. I think it's great programs like that are offered for interested students. Good luck to you in your pursuits!

It looks like a nice small college. I like small environments. I'm so introverted.

I would avoid a gender studies degree... Mostly because they aren't useful. If you don't know what you want to do with your life business is usually a safe bet that opens up a lot of doors, meanwhile a degree in gender studies kind of wastes your money, and time without opening up any doors for you in the future.
