Who: Naruto & Relm
What: hehehe. a new prank
Where: around. Primarily, a new club
When: 'bout now.
Why: 'cause it's fun. ^_^ It had taken a few shared pranks after the trip to the beach to get back into the swing of things, and now the oddness of that day was almost like a distant memory. Almost. Enough so that Relm could go about like everything was fine. And it was, for the most part. Well, in her corner of the world. The feather-tailed artist was not so selfish that she was not touched by the events happening in her home. And of course she was curious enough to keep up to date on those matters one way or another.
Which brought her to her latest little scheme. Relm bounced happily as she cradled the handle of the phone in her hand and dialed Moochi's house. "Hello? Feather tailed cat Naruto please!"
Oh, she hoped he would like this idea as much as she did! Her eyes glance to an ad resting next to the phone. oh yeah... this could be very fun.

 It was actually the Naruto FTC who did answer, having been closest to the phone in the kitchen, privately eatting some snacks since the others were doing their chores and he got his done early. Kyuubi was perched on his shoulder, nibbling on a grape he gave her.
He picked up the phone and when he heard it was someone for him, he smiled and sat on the counter, "Naruto FTC speaking!!! Who is this?" he asked, having never had anyone call just for him.

"Naruto! Hi!" She giggled happily, not caring he did not recognize her voice. He sounded different on the phone too. Not at all like the quality of the communicators Rikku Audio had built for all her family members. "It's me, Relm! Are you free for some 'fun' this evening?"
The artist twirled the phonecord, green eyes dancing. Hopefully she did not have to spell out what kind of fun. When it came to the two shortest ftc anthros, fun was always pranks of some sort.

Naruto stuffed a granola bar into his mouth, eating it and then swallowing it down, smiling, "Fun this evening?! Sure thing!! Where do you want to meet?" he asked, his tail flicking about on the counter.

She made a small squeal of glee. Then she gave a location that was nearly equidistant between their homes that was perfect for a city outing. "Oh! Could you wear something nice & casual? And are you okay with pretending we're on a date there?" Relm smacked herself in the forehead with the ad, having momentarily forgotten that detail. "I promise this should be fun & that's the only way to get in."
Relm was not dumb, but she did wonder how Naruto would take this. "Oh and... would Kyuubi stay behind with one of the others? I've gotta leave 'ceptor behind too. Where we're going is a club."

He blinked at that, not really at the date, but at leaving Kyuubi behind. She wouldn't be happy about that in the least, but maybe one of the other Naruto's could watch over her for the evening. "I can find some cloths, sure, but it's gonna be trouble getting her to stay home, but don't worry, I can do it! When do you want to meet? he asked, eating the rest of the granola bar.

"Yeah... sorry about that. Tell her that, and that I'll keep good watch on you for her?" Relm giggled a bit at the notion, then glanced at the clock then the ad. "Ad says they open at 6, so maybe half an hour before that? Should give us time to walk there & be some of the first in."
The pictomancer was getting more & more excited. "oh! And I've plenty of money!" She still thought it odd, this money rather than using gold. "So I can cover any of my expenses. I'll just get it to you when we meet up, to keep up the 'illusion' of a date."
And that was all the hint she would give of her plan until meeting up together of what she had in mind. "Sound good?"

"Yea, I have some money too! Ok, I'll see you at the meeting place!!" he said. Once they said their goodbyes, he hung up and hopped off the counter, heading for his room. First he had to get ready and then he had to find someone to watch Kyuubi for the evening.

Bouncing happily Relm hung up the phone, tucking the ad into her pocket. Yes! Now to figure out what to wear. Getting Interceptor to stay with the other Relm's would be easy.
What to wear. What to wear... Really she could go in her usual outfit, she supposed. But that would not be very fun at all and might be too conspicuous. Best to find something 'date-worthy' and cute and that doesn't clash with my colors. hmm... and best not clash with orange & blue either, if Naruto's anything like Rikku's 'Ruto in sticking to his colors.
She set out whistling to the meeting place with plenty of time to spare. Gold gladiator style sandals laced up to her knees. Her usual beret exchanged for a plain yellow one. A small white purse with a thin gold chain crossed over her shoulder and rested on the opposite hip. Relm wore a sundress in a white daisy print that flared softly to just above her knees. It had a similar neckline to her normal green top. The daisies' warm yellow centers perfectly matched the color of her beret. The pictomancer skipped happily, a daisy pendant on a thin gold chain bouncing above her chest at the motion. A matching bracelet circled her left wrist, glinting a little as he arms swung in the evening light.

It took alot of convincing, but Naruto was able to convince his Talaye counterpart to watch over Kyuubi for the evening. It was even tougher to convince her to stay with him, especially when she got depressed he was leaving her behind. Promising to bring her back something good, he set out to find some cloths.
Soon enough, he was walking his way to the meeting place, dressed in cloths that weren't his everyday cloths. His headband was gone, but his blond hair was brushed in a way that it looked messy on purpose, in a cute, sexy way. He was clad in black shoes and black slacks, and his top was a dark, burnt orange button shirt, the top two buttons left undone, showing off a part of his chest. His hands were in his pockets, and he was whistling cheerfully.

Hearing another whistle nearing Relm was certain that could only mean one thing. She stopped her whistling and broke into a light jog, Green eyes smiling. Spotting Naruto she stopped, eyes growing big in surprise before catching herself and putting a damper on her reaction. Her automatic reaction at any rate.
Relm let out an appreciative whistle. "Damn, Ruto... You clean up nice!" There was a playful lilt to her voice, though she was being sincere as she teased. "Very nice!" As they neared she circled him with an artist's appraisal. "I'm gonna have the hottest faux-date there!"
Green eyes glinted and it would have been hard for anyone to see where Relm's real thoughts and feelings were and where the act started in. Either way, the artist certainly was approving of the shinobi's outfit choice.
"Hair looks good that way. Does that mean I can muss it?" Pure impishness danced in her eyes.

Naruto stopped whistling when he heard Relm's voice, but he had to pause for a second at seeing her in a dress. Sometimes he forgot that Relm was a girl since he had such fun pulling pranks with her, but soon he smiled as he went over to her, laughing a bit, "You look pretty good yourself! And no, you cannot mess up my hair, it took my sister a while to get it this way!" he said playfully.

"Awww...." Relm pouted cutely, hoping to change his mind. Then his compliment registered and she could not help an honestly warm smile. "Really?" She spun in a circle with a giggle, her skirt flaring up to mid thigh but revealing nothing. "Think it's cute & innocent enough to give others the slip?"
Grinning she started walking backwards towards the city. Fun as it would be to hang out here, she had an agenda!

He chuckled when she twirled and walked beside her as they headed for the city, "Course it is, no one ever thinks the cute girls could be the ones up to something." he said, his hands back in his pockets, his feathery tail flicking about behind him.

Laughing she spun around so she could face the way they were headed too. "Which is key to this working! And you look perfectly dashing which is even better than I expected, cause you don't look like the type to cause trouble. 'cept maybe that hair..." Teasingly Relm brought a hand up as if she was going to play with said hair.
