Awright, there are basic things that every writer needs while he/she writes. So my question --as the topic title says-- is what do you need while you write? Of course, paper, pen/pencil, erasers, and computers go without saying. (Notice how most of mine is some type of food product.)
What does Nishin need? Ramen Her little mini fridge Water Juice boxes Ginger ale Coca Cola Kraft Easy Mac Root beer Cream Soda My little footstool -- Brian My Music/MP3 player A dictionary and theasaurus (sp?)

yep, you spelled thesaurus correctly. to avoid impeding the writing process, need: -To be comfortable! I can't tell you how many times I've been struck by inspiration at an odd moment, only to have it die by not being able to find a place to sit and let it out. -all manner of liquids. A good sized bottle of water, plus options for various fruit juices or teas (caffeine-free), depending on the season, and what I'm writing. -crunchy snacks: wasabi peas, rice crackers, various cereals. -sweet snacks: fruit and fruit leathers. chocolate. ice cream.
wink

((It's thesaurus, by the way)) -water -www.m-w.com((online dictionary/thesaurus)) -spell check -sunflower seeds or something else to snack on that isn't too filling -music -this is for something that I'm probably forgetting to put oh this list -I love lists, -just not the word. "Lists" is difficult for me to say. -No, I don't have a lisp.

What does Andrew need?
Above all, the #1 thing is need is my Muse. (not to be confused with the band.) Without that theres no real point in me writing, is there?
A sobe, usually Citrus or fruit punch
Music, usually rock like Linkin Park along with Queen and Unwritten Law.
My copy of On Writing by Stephen King. For a refrence on how to write and a little inspiration.
And of course, skittles or something of the sort to snack on dramallama
(And as a side note, the muses are a sisterhood of goddesses or spirits, their number set at nine by Classical times, who embody the arts and inspire the creation process. Although my muse is in the form of a nagging old guy with a cane. Hard to argue with a guy like that.)
