I'm surprised no one's made a thread about this yet. Or have they? I thought this movie was awesome. The graphics were amazing. So what does everyone else think?

OMG!!!....this movie....... i'm sorry die hard, but transformers kicked your a**. wow....i was so unbelievably amazed by this movie. I had heard so many things about it being great i figured it'd be a let down, but to my utter delight it was AMAZING! within the first five minutes, the graphics blew me AWAY. The directing, the acting, and the special effects were far beyond anymovie i've seen in a helluva long time.
I cought 3 movie errors tho biggrin lol of course haha. Try to guess what they were lol.
I loved the VERY subtle sponsors...lol gmc, ford, toyota, xbox, pepsi, mountain dew, apple, haha
oh...and the 2 MOTHER FU....and then they just cut off haha.
anyway...amazing.... heart

It was a dif type of movie thats for sure, so its kinda hard to compare, but for summer blockbusters....transformers...dominated

I saw it earlier this week, I thought it was an amazingly well done movie, the graphics were extremely good and the story line was decent. Although I do agree with a few of my friends that it was just once big advertisement.. which i don't mind much but they were being a little pushy with a few things...

OMG the movie is ******** great. I love it I love it I love it. There are some missing parts like what happen to the Mountain Dew bot, Xbox bot and I forgot what was the other. Yeah, like what happen to them. It was really strange anyways overall the movie was great. Optimus Prime was ******** awesome and love the voice. ******** AHHH!!

but like some else said it's a diifferent type of movie and I too believe that Transformer killed it this summer.

OMG I loved Transformers! Graphics were kickass!!! The only problem i had with it was the very little sceen time Megatron had. Seriously he only had 5 lines! But the fight sence were AWSOME!!! I love how cool it looks when the Robots transformed. Another thing, why did the bad robots turn into really cool things like fighter planes and tanks and all the other ones did was cars??? :33 Still loved it though! heart

I guess I'm in a minority for my opinion of this movie. Unlike all of you, I did not think it was AWESOME!
The CG was great and there was good comedy, but I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. They tried to stick like six years worth of cartoons into two hours. I didn't like the military involvement in the beginning either. It was like propaganda for the Marines because it was Fourth of July. I think that should've been taken out, leaving more room for interaction between the boy and the Robots. I mean, Optimus Prime doesn't even come out till like the middle of the movie. WHAT WAS THAT! There is hardly no character development for the Robots. You don't feel for them. I mean Jazz died. That's supposed to be a BIG deal and yet in the movie it's like "Oh he died." If you blinked you would have missed it. I liked the romantic thing between the mechanic chic and the guy but they should have developed that more too. She wasn't all that great of an actress. Overall, I guess I enjoyed the movie, but the plotline was too much of a blob. Great effects though.

Great movie i loved it just one flaw, THE FISHT SCENES THEY WERE ALMOST AVP STYLE. Which means to fast and to close.
