This jutsu allows the users to appear and disappear in an instant. This is very useful when trying to escape or attack suddenly. The users often uses nearby elements, like mist, sand or leaves, to mask their disappearance or appearance.

Denki: Kiribi Heki (Electric release: Flint Spark Burst)

By clapping your hands together, a shower of sparks fire from the user's hand. The sparks will stick to whatever they come in contact with, and due to their speed, could easily plant itself in human skin. Capable of causing fires if the sparks attack to something flammable.

This jutsu causes the target to see a horrifying vision. First, an imaginary circle of leaves will spin around and envelop the target, falling away shortly after. After a short period, the illusion will begin. This is to make the illusion more convincing, since the user will likely have moved before the illusion sets in.

Appearance: a blue/white hooded cloak that I keep the hood down unless it's raining, I ware jeans and a red shirt with a faded white design in it, I do not have any shoes on, I have a glove on one hand (left hand), I have sort of long hair, but not too long, and my eyes are blue. I wear my head band on my waist as a belt, off centered slightly to the right. Over my back over my right shoulder I sometimes wear my bag which resembles Neji's bag after the time skip only colored to match my cloak. Across my back I have my staff and umbrella
Personality: light, smart, athletic, I love reading and when outside a battle am sort of clumsy and may also seem happy go lucky on the out side but am calm on the inside, and I am constantly analyzing everything, most of the time. I am optimistic, soft, quiet, will defend my friends, I am never the one to lead, always looking toward others for leadership, but will give my opinion openly
Biography: When I was a young child I discovered hints of my bloodline, well actually my mother did. She confronted my father about it, and he reveled that he had the Hyouton bloodline as well. My mother got in a fight with my father and he took himself and me away from my mother and older brother. When we went into hiding my father changed our last name after an encounter with mist ninjas sent to kill us. We fled out of the Mist village and into the Rain village, where my father died. While we were running my father taught me some of my bloodline jutsus and also ways to combine jutsus together to get different results. I have now journeyed back to the mist village to pick my life back up

Doraiaisu Enkyou- Dry Ice Mirror Dome
Using the concept of Demonic Crystal Ice mirrors, Bakuryu has modified the ice itself slightly, and added his own twist on the jutsu's execution. The ice is unique because Bakuryu has added two things. His blood, and fire element chakra to it. This causes an almost dry ice effect, making the mirrors less vulnerable to melting, and touching the mirror will actually burn the victim. The mirrors are also flexible, and can have their shapes modified more easily. The execution is different because the mirrors literally create a dome, leaving no cracks inside.

Sensatsu Suishou (Death by a Thousand Flying Water Needles)
Sensatsu Suishou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku's bloodline. Unlike every other hand seal, Haku is able to create the technique by forming hand seals on only one hand. To create the needles, Haku forms the needed hand seal and then kicks water into the air with his foot. The water then rises into the air and takes the form of a thousand needles. These needles then come raining down on his target.

Makyou Hyoushou (Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors)
Makyou Hyoushou is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Haku's bloodline. After forming the necessary hand seals, nearby water forms long flat mirrors 360 degrees around the target. Haku himself then places himself inside one of the mirrors. Once inside the mirror, Haku can then using the mirror reflections to confuse his target. Utilizing the reflections, Haku can then almost instanteously move from one mirror to the other. Due to the speed, his target will appear to be moving in slow motion. Because of this he can then unleash numerous needles into his opponent with little difficulty. Using this technique for long periods of time however, will quickly use up Haku's chakra.

Rosuto Hansha (Lost reflection)
The user places the target into one of the crystal mirrors, trapping them. As opposed to the water prison, this doesn't require the user to be touching the prison at all times.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique) - Salamander Summon scroll
This Jutsu, using a contract, Seal, and the user's blood, binds an animal to the user. The type of animal is determined by the contract and Seal performed. The blood is used as a signature to make the contract, which can be written on a scroll or tattoo, valid. Once bound, the animal can be summoned to perform a task or help the user in battle.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Doppelganger)
Creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. More similar to Kage Bunshin than to a normal Bunshin, these clones are capable of attacking, except each clone's strength is only one-tenth that of the user. Also, the clones can only be controlled within a certain radius of the user.

Mizurappa (Violent Water Wave)
Suiton • Mizurappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, the user will expel a strong jet of water at his opponent.

Suiro no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)
A move used to trap the victim inside a virtually inescapable prison of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one arm inside the bubble at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This Jutsu cannot be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it.

Mizuame Nabara (Starch Syrup Capture Field)
Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Izumo will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. This liquid can cover approximately 20 square meters. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows Izumo or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well

Suigadan (Water Fang Projectile)
Suiton • Suigadan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill.

Katon: Karyu Endan (Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet)
Shoots an enormous ball of flame shaped like a dragon from the user's mouth.

Choujuu Giga (Beast Imitation Drawing)
Using a seal scroll and a unique ink (chakra laced), a picture may be painted onto the scroll and brought to life with the necessary hand seals. The creature then obeys the will of its artist. This technique requires the user to have great skill in art, as actual pictures will be used. Stick Figures and pictures not by the user will not be allowed. In other words, you must provide a picture of what is drawn when using the technique.

Kokuun no Jutsu (Black Clouds Technique)
Suiton • Kokuun no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Rain ninja Kagari which utilizes the Water Element. After forming the necessary hand seals, a black mist will emit from his body and rise into the sky. Black clouds will form, releasing a flammable rain of oil onto his targets.

Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu (Fire Style: Art of the Phoenix Flower)
Sends multiple balls of flame at the target. Because the flames aren't very big, it is generally used as a distraction. It is also possible to hide shurikens within the fireballs, creating an unexpected secondary attack.

Jutsu description: This genjutsu makes all surrounding humans into replicas of the victim. Their voice, appearance, and scent are identical to the victim.

Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu (Mist Servant Technique)
Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique that creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

Kori Shinchu no Jutsu (Sly mind affect technique)
Kori Shinchu no Jutsu is a Genjutsu which causes the target to travel around in circles. If the ninja is unable to detect the illusion very quickly, they can become exhausted mentally and physically because they are unable to reach their desired target by traveling along the same path over and over.

Taijutsu:
Jutsu name: Setsudanki Toujin- Guillotine Blade
Jutsu description: This fighting discipline utilizes the two large blades Bakuryu fights with. Most of the techniques use one blade to pin the enemy, and the other to hit. It also uses the blades for most movements, the fighting techniques often will not touch the ground for long periods of time.
ex. of attacks- Hitohashiri
Bakuryu pivots on one foot holding the two swords out straight.
Saiseki- Uses the whip function of the first blade to launch the target into the air and jump after the target, then slashing the opponent to the ground.
Ichirin- Slashing the two blades into the ground in order to propel himself forward, he uses to propelling force to spin like a wheel with the blades still slashing the ground to push him forward.

Jutsu name: Endless Clone Combo
Jutsu description: Using a clone technique, the user positions the clones in a straight line. The first clone throws the victim to the last clone in line, he hits the victim into the air, above the middle clone, who jumps up, and hits the victim to the first clone, and therefore becomes an "endless" combo.

Suiken (Drunken Fist)
The Drunken Fist (Suiken) is an unusual style of taijutsu combat where the user takes in enough alcohol to become intoxicated (hence the name), causing them to become unpredictable and highly dangerous. Suiken is not a fighting style that one can learn or train in, nor is it a bloodline limit, but more of a natural talent that one is born with.

Omote Renge (Front Lotus)
This technique puts a lot of strain on the user's muscle fibers, and is basically a suicidal attack. Normally, humans use the power of their muscles at only about 20 percent of its full power; the brain regulates muscle usage to ensure this, since any higher and the muscles will be damaged or destroyed. The Omote Renge requires the opening of one of the inner celestial gates- the Initial Gate, which releases the brain's regulation on muscle usage. The result is a much more powerful brand of Taijutsu than normal, but at the cost of damage to the user.

Ura Renge (Reverse Lotus)
This advanced, more destructive version of the Renge requires the opening of at least the Third Gate (Life Gate), with a correspondingly higher cost to the user. Once the third gate is open, the user can then use Ura Renge by launching the target into the air and hiting them with one arm and foot, sending the target crashing into the ground, typically killing them. When Rock Lee used this move, he also opened the Fourth and Fifth Gates to grant him extra strength and speed, however, this is not required to perform Ura Renge.

Other: Has two swords resembling those wielded by one of the original "Seven shinobi swordsmen". Zabuza's sword, Kubikiri Houcho. There are some slight differences. The first sword is divided into sections, and has a wire running through, holding the sections together. The wire can be loosened to make the sword into an almost whip-like weapon. The second blade's handle is longer then the original as well. Despite their purpose as a two-handed swords, Bakuryu wields them both at the same time. Bakuryu's bloodline allows him to manipulate water.

Personality: By nature, Kaori always been the patient one, the first to count her steps before taking a leap. She's a faithful believer that customs are meant to be changed and manipulated to whatever they are needed to be at the moment. She detests regularity, formalities, and repetition. Because of this, she's developed a curiosity rivaled by few which has helped as much as ailed her over the years. Though more conservative as time went on, the jounin still prefers to think outside the box and to use misdirection if at all possible. When it comes to other nins, she's always treasured good allies. She's always been a strong supporter of superb teamwork and good trust between allies since it has helped her much along the way. Though at first a little distant with new friends, as she gets to know them, she developes a strong sense of respect and loyalty to them, even to the point that she'll act solely on intinct if that person is in true danger.
