How DOES one get quests in the first place?

I don't just mean questing for particular items for your avatar (something I'm trying to scrounge gold together for anyway): there seem to be ongoing plot quests lurking around, and I've got no real idea how to get involved in them. I got the black orchid one at the start and I'm ignoring the twins for now, but where else do I go for quests?

Hints and directions will be welcomed by this rather green avatar.

Not a clue... Except for those movies they advertise in announcements. Like Tsubasa. Then you go to that movie/series profile and do some quest. There was also some feather collecting quest awhile back...

I haven't seen any that haven't been from the announcements like the MTV stuff, and the ones for various movies. Sorry I'm not much help. I was starting to wonder the same thing, myself sweatdrop

A quest we're referring to here is basically an adventure that we can do in order to earn rewards from the NPC. (am I being clear? LOL)

Basically:
1. The NPC will give out quests, we need to talk to them.
2. Follow the directions that the NPC gives, usually collecting items or talking to certain NPCs.
3. Go back to the NPC and you'll receive your reward, or possibly further instructions.

So far, I've only seen one NPC quest, which can be activated from Crate & Apparel Store by talking to Liam. He's trying to get back to his girlfriends.

Can anyone tell me of other quests we can do here? Thanks.
