Personality:
Not necessarily a loner, but Makura does tend to space out a lot. His head is always in the clouds, looking towards the Heavens. He is quite friendly once you get to know him and will keep up a conversation quite easily. He will talk, but may go on a tangent when he thinks upon a subject more. His word pronunciation is exceptional, though his voice is always soft spoken. However, when dealing with business, he tends to kill first and ask questions later. It's this odd combination in his personality that makes people question just what his motives really are.

Techniques Hakkou Tenrai [Heaven's White Light] -
The Mitsukai believe their chakra is the result of ascending beyond that of normal humans. Their chakra circulatory system is believed to be more advanced than that of others. This belief comes from the fact that they can produce these white or black feathers which radiate with such light that it is believed to have descended from heaven. These feathers are the basis of each of the bloodlines techniques. These feathers have a wide variety of purposes which deal with each shinobi art. This chakra is very hard to control, however, as this clan has grown over time, more and more children have been able to control their ability to some degree. However it is still dangerous to control. Overuse of chakra can result in death, just like with any chakra. The difficulty is due to the chakra flowing out of the body with great momentum, making using only enough for a technique quite difficult. The Mitsukai strive on teaching their children chakra manipulation. The feathers[Shiraha] have very unique properties. They can be used as weapons which have a similar sharpness to that of obsidian with great strength. With enough of their heavenly chakra applied, it can even pierce bone as easily as flesh. Though such an ability is very prestigious. Due to the difficulty of the techniques of the clan, they have yet to have a known presence in Konoha. Few have a clear understanding on Hakkou Tenrai, despite the amount of techniques which derive from its use. Makura has grown quite adept at these abilities and for this reason, his body continuously emits a white mist from his body. It is the result of the constant motion of his chakra. The chakra has become so intense that when inactive, it needs to let out in the form of mist, which Makura can let recede back into his body.

# Jutsu name: Gaishukketsu Shiraha: Shoutan no Lucifer [Bleeding Feather: Ascension of Lucifer]
Description: The Mitsukai would raise a single hand as a pitched black feather would begin to emerge from what appeared to be a second dimension. The space in front of his hand would seem to warp as this ghostly black feather comes into view. This feather has the capabilities of blocking most physical attacks, or ninjutsu. It acts as a barrier which will set itself in the way of the attack. The feather will glow with a very bright light which makes looking directly into this feather quite difficult without squinting. This feather can be held from the tip as well and from this position it can act as a normal kunai. The previous effect can be used again by letting the feather float in front of his hand. In order to block a technique, the same amount of chakra or more must be applied.
# Jutsu name: Gaishukketsu Shiraha: Ikijigoku Abaremawaru [Bleeding Feather: Hell's Rampage]
Description: Similar to Shoutan no Lucifer, a pitched black feather is used. This technique can also be used by the same feather of the previous technique. The Mitsukai will extend an arm forward as the ghostly feather simultaneously floats around one foot in front of his palm. The feather will once again glow with a very bright, white aura. Blood would begin to drip from the feather in dark crimson pools. From this point, blood will begin to shoot out from the feather and towards the opponent at a very rapid speed, rivaling that of a bullet. The blood will take the form of razor sharp projectiles, similar in shape to senbon needles, making them very hard to see. The white light emitting from the feather is more than enough to lessen the projectiles visibility. This technique is still very difficult to control. Currently, Makura has no complete control over the technique, drastically decreasing its accuracy. The longer the Mitsukai holds this technique, the more chakra it consumes.
# Jutsu name: Gaishukketsu Shiraha: Oujou Utsuriga [Bleeding Feather: Death's Lingering Scent]
Description: This time, utilizing a white feather, blood will begin to drip from it once again. As this occurs, a very intoxicating smell begins to surround the area, making it very difficult to ignore. Should anyone within a 10 meter radius smell this dripping blood, they would succumb to a very relaxing numbness throughout their body. The effects are gradual and usually and opponent will not realize the effects are being used until the technique takes a full hold onto the opponent [Three posts]. Once this numbness takes a full effect. The person will view the world in a blinding white light and the smell will no longer have a pleasant scent. The scent will be of rotting corpses. It would feel as if with each breath taken more and more oxygen is taken from the surroundings, making it very difficult to breath. However, because it is similar to genjutsu, only the numbness is physical. This makes the technique very effective at deception. The numbness takes effect for around a single minute [1 post].
# Jutsu name: Gaishukketsu Shiraha: Ikidumari Touchaku [Bleeding Feather: Dead on Arrival]
Description: A bright white light will descend from the heavens, illuminating a white feather which will stand directly in front of the Mitsukai. This light would be blinding should anyone within sight see this light. The feather, floating at the center of this light will begin to spin rapidly before a tremendous explosion will erupt, tearing the earth in the process. The explosion will be on a grand scale resulting in destruction around mile radius. Everything within reach will result in destruction, however leaving the one who caused the destruction unharmed. This is a very devastating technique that requires at least five minutes of preparation [3 posts].
# Jutsu Name: Amakudaru: Mugendai Fuuin [Descending from Heaven: Seal of Infinity]
Description: Upon conjuring a black Shiraha [feather], the feather will act like a barrier. It can encase multiple enemies, sealing their chakra within their bodies, while their will to live will only comprise of the basic needs of survival; food and water. It would be as if they had fallen in spirits, while their ability to mold chakra is completely sealed. Excellent for sealing bijuu. This chakra will be stored inside the feather, giving it even more strength. The stronger the foe, the stronger the feather, essentially giving the user a great deal of chakra. The technique does take time to perform, around 3 minutes [2 posts].
#Jutsu Name: Amakudaru: Genwaku Tenrai [Descending from Heaven: Blinding White Light]
Description: Upon holding a single hand forward, palm facing the enemy, a blinding white light will glow, taking the form of a compressed orb. This orb will be comprised of pure light and chakra and for this reason, the light around it will warp, giving it the appearance that it is bending space itself. The more light in the surrounding area, the stronger the technique even without a drastic amount of chakra. The Mitsukai will launch this orb at a foe. Being made of light, its speed is similar. However because of the fusion of the Mitsukai's chakra, it is drastically slower. It moves at speeds reaching 1000 miles per hour, similar to a speeding bullet. It is very hot to the touch and can blow a hole clean through bone and flesh, a very deadly technique that took years to develop. But this has become the Mitsukai's most primary technique, even though it can not be taught to genin.
#Jutsu Name: Anjinryuumei [Enlightenment]
Description: A Mitsukai technique that Makura himself can only perform. Should the white mist which trails from his body touch a person, they would succumb to a vision, similar to genjutsu, that Makura wishes. It can be of knowledge that he has gained along his many travels, or a ghastly scene of their torture. The pain which can be felt in the technique may not seem like an illusion at all, for the pain will linger long after the genjutsu is over, making it feel as though there is actual pain shooting through their entire body. It is basically a shock to the nervous system, using the brain as a transit way to the rest of the body.

Lightning Arrow barage- Forms lightning shaped arrows and spears in her hands, and throws them at what seems to be at the speed of light. *kekkei genkai*
Thunder fog jutsu- Covers the battle field with a dense fog, almost cloud like, which pounds the enemy's ears with loud thunder claps. *kekkei genkai*
Thunder shower jutsu- A large clap of thunder seems to turn the clouds into a furious looking shade. This is then followed by lightning shaped stars and bolts that attack the opponent. Usually leaving them sucked of chakra.
Bolt missile jutsu- Does hand signs and froms lightning shaped as huge arrows that fall from the clouds and attack the opponent. Could possibly be an instant K.O. depending on the type of ninja who is being attacked, mostly leaves them paralyzed.
Light-ray jutsu- From the moment she lifts her hand in a handsign, a light starts to pulse from her hand. It leaves a thickness in the air, which leaves about a second more for her lightning attacks to become more effective. (A type of static cling in the air.) It is also easier for her to sense her enemies if they are using their own cloaking jutsus. *Kekkei genkai*
Genjutsu:
Cloudy haze- When the opponent views Hakati and goes in for the attack, they appear to see nothing wrong and start to attack, Only problem is once they get a hit, it seems to inflict pain upon themselves... *Kekkei genkai*
Blind struggle- Swiftly moves behind the opponent and sends an electrical impulse through the optic nerve in the back of the skull. The opposing shinobi will not be able to see for the next 10 minutes. This is usually good for recon missions and doesn't have an easy escape.

Ninjutsu: Jiku Bushi (Vine Knot) Type: C-rank, Offensive, Long to mid-range (0-35m), Grass Using chakra the user is able to control vines, roots, and grass to envelope the enemy in a tight suffocating bind. It is almost impossible to escape without harming oneself. Gurasu Pin (Grass Pin) Type: B-rank, Offensive, Long range (0-65m), Grass The user controls millions of tiny blades of grass as senbon to puncture the foe in vital areas. This jutsu is inescapable, and requires a lot of chakra. Kontei Kasei (Root Growth) Type: A-rank, Offensive, Short to mid range (0-15m), Grass User runs roots of plants along the foes carcass and enters through areas like the mouth, eyes or creates an entrance to act as veins in the bodily system. This jutsu stops all blood flow by wrapping around organs and body parts, and renders the enemy helpless, or dead. The user is unable to move after this attack depending on how much chakra is depleted. Kasei Toku (Growth Shield) Type: C-rank, Defensive, Short range (0-5m), Grass Roots, trees, leaves, and stems grow around the user’s body at a rapid pace to envelop the user in an impenetrable defense. This lasts for fifteen minutes at most or can protect the user while he or she is attacking. Heru Shitei (Hell’s Messenger) Type: A-rank, Offensive, Long to mid range (0-45m) The user creates a massive fissure in the ground below the targets feet, while vines, roots, and other plants grab the target. They pull the foe under to the bottom, and the crevice quickly closes when the enemy has fallen to the bottom. Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere) Type: A-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m), Neutral A Ninjutsu technique incorporating the chakra control needed for both the tree climbing training and water walking training. The Rasengan is a very high-level technique that took the Yondaime Hokage three years to perfect. Unlike the Chidori, the Rasengan does not "cut", per se. It "grinds" rather, literally creating a hurricane of chakra formed in the shape of a sphere, between the size of a softball and a baseball. It does have a drawback, however, the Rasengan needs great chakra control. It is a self-sustaining technique so once the chakra is molded, the user doesn't need any more chakra. It requires no hand seals and can be used with one hand. Note: You must be taught this technique by someone who already knows it. You may not have this technique when you start off unless you are Kage or S-ranked Akatsuki. Futon: Daitoppa (Wind Release: Great Breakthrough) Type: C-rank, Offensive, Short to mid-range (0-10m), Wind The user blows out a powerful blast of wind, which can easily level a large area. Ha Arashi no Jutsu (Leaf Storm Technique) Type: C-rank, Offensive, mid range (0-20m), Wind The user summons a great deal of wind to sweep up leaves, dirt, rocks, and other debris to catch the foe in a whirlwind that is pianful and difficult to escape from. Hien (Flying Swallow) Type: B-rank, Offensive, Short range (0-5m), Wind Extends the edge of a blade with an invisible blade of chakra. If the opponent sees the weapon beforehand, it may result in a misjudgment of the weapon's reach. Genjutsu: Ikiresu Kansei no Jutsu (Breathless Sense Technique) Type: B-rank, Offensive, All ranges, Dark Hypnotizes the ememy into losing control of all six senses, sight, taste, scent, feel, hearing, and balance. User must have a large amount of charkra control, and even more to attack while foe is in the trance. The enemy is left confused when jutsu stops. Death Foreseeing Technique Type: Unknown, probably A rank, Light This jutsu is much like the Temporary Paralysis Technique, but paralyzes the foe by showing them a vision of their own gruesome death. In addition to the paralysis, the enemy is overwhelmed with fear, and can suffer severe mental stress. Taijutsu: None. Other: None.
