Ayyyye!!! It's been a while. Oh a lot better but I can still feel it when I do high volume forearm exercise. I got my deadlift to 235 again! Only took six weeks. Lol. How have you been?

Niiiice. It could be better but it's not compromising my other exercise. I only struggle when I do hammer curls and reverse tricep pull down.
